My best friend and I came for afternoon tea. It was wonderful! I appreciate the hospitality. The explanation of the choices were great. It was an amazing experience. It was my friend's first visit to New York. Thank you very much! Our server was Ursula. Just wonderful!
Porfirio was a fabulous, jolly, and attentive server. He made our daughters feel special and he took great care of us. I appreciate the vegan and gluten free menu options too. There were too many sweets and not enough savory options. We were in a sugar coma at the end. Too much sugar.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff (especially Shalim if he is your server, very attentive and knowledgeable and polite). The palm court has a great ambience. Tea was okay (above average), and scones were okay, sandwiches were okay, desserts were a bit too sweet. Good for a bucket list check off but would never repeat for the price for service.
