“On the way through from financial district to chinatown, we stopped by for a few drinks and a small snack. Our server Alex was a great person being. So kind and direct, we from Austria are not used to it!We loved our stay and it is a have to visit when we return to this beautiful city.“

“Chef was amazing and but the experience was tainted by them having us wait to be seated essentially outside (not sure why others at same counter were seated before us or why there is no designated space - and we were right on time not super early?) and by them pushing us at tad excessively at end and more importantly asking another patron to relinquish the pen they used to sign the bill. Seriously? A 500$ baseline price for food alone and you can’t let the guy just take the pen?“

“Passing by we noticed the lovely holiday decorations (which were even nicer inside). Made a reservation for dinner and arrived early for a drink at the bar. The whole experience was great - friendly service, great cocktails (amazing selection of Bourbon), good food and all in a cozy atmosphere. Would definitely return if in NY again and would certainly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful dinner on our last night in the city!“

“This place is phenomenal. The service is so friendly and knowledgeable. My bartender Matt made an AMAZING manhattan with Sagamore Rye that was best Manhattan I’ve ever had. We moved to a table and our server was Justine who was absolutely lovely. So personable and fun. She even suggested entrees and apps that we all LOVED. The manager Chris came over to table at one point and it’s obvious why the service here is so great. I can’t wait to recommend this place to all my friends and family that come to NYC.“

“Celebrated my 50th at Harding's on June 26th. I had an amazing experience! The entire staff was attentive, kind and gracious. The food was amazing! We had a party of 20 and they made us all feel so very special. It was such a seamless service, all my guests were so impressed with Harding's!!! I'll definitely be back and recommend to others! “Came here on a Tuesday night with coworkers for Trivia Night. We had the happy hour wings and chips and avocado, both we delicious!!! I would come back just to eat it again. The servers are nice and the ambiance is nice for a after work hangout or a nice dinner date.“

“Bartenders are great, regardless of the very limited food options. They are attentive with a full bar regardless of regulars in their bar or newcomers. Depending on the bartender the music selection is always different, it doesn't hurt to request a song but it is more of a speakeasy (for those unaware: that means, "house rules only"). Would recommend as quiet place for a first date or a recurring escape from the norm.“

“We ordered take out- chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, samosas, and garlic naan. Flavors were great but the mild spice level left us wanting more of a kick. Overall, each dish was very tasty with fresh and high quality ingredients. India Palace will definitely be one of our new go to restaurants! Looking forward to trying the mango lassi next time.“

“Came here early morning for an Everton match. We’re both vegan and they did us beans on toast which wasn’t on the menu, cleaned all the grill down and made sure we had something suitable to eat. Great service and a great atmosphere for the match. Thank you ☺️“

“What a great bar! Met a friend after work for a drink. It was the perfect atmosphere, quiet and low key. The bar has a really great selection of whiskeys/whiskys. The bartender was super knowledgeable and really knew her stuff (which was great for a novice like me). “They have the coldest Japanese beer (Sapporo maybe) on tap served in a very frosty mug. Good bar selection. Free pool table for customers.The scene at the pool table was really nice, with short wait times, skilled players who were pleasant and mature, and good available cues.This place is a lovely oasis of calm in a crowded city.“

“Sally's is such a hidden gem in Kips Bay/Murray Hill area. The staff, especially Arun, is really friendly, and the prices cannot be beat anywhere in the city. Highly recommend as a weeknight happy hour spot, or for a fun night out on the weekend!“

“This bar made our night, recommended by my boyfriend David who spoke highly of the atmosphere, the drinks and the service. I brought my cousins who are lovers of bourbon and whiskey. Patrick was our bartender, he was great, he gave us the best recommendations, out of excitement I left without my jacket and they kindly kept it for me until I picked it up, if you want a place to enjoy the entire night on the rock is the place.“

“My fiancé and I had a casual engagement party here last night. We met at Whiskey Town on Halloween in 2016 so we thought it was only fitting to celebrate there! We didn't bring any decorations as we wanted to keep it very low-key, but as soon as John, the bartender, found out what we were there celebrating, he asked us how we spell our names. About 45 minutes later he came over with a "Congratulations" sign and taped it to the wall by where we had gathered with our friends. Then, another 45 or so minutes later, a man walked into the bar with a diamond ring-shaped balloon and John handed it to me! It meant so much to us that he took the time to help make the night a little more special for us!“

“It's not fancy or anything, has sports on the TV's, decently priced drinks, tip floor has couches/big seating, no frills. Good happy hour margaritas and beers. Free popcorn!The waitresses are super friendly and sweet, they were great!Noticed it's a very young/college crowd.Absolutely decent if you're with a group looking to get drunk and chat.“

Drinks are fairly pricey- lowest being around $20 and honestly I didn't think they lived up to the price tag :/ Drinks were good for sure but not the life changing experience I was hoping for. “If you're trying to decide between the smash burger and the patty melt, the burger is at least 100x better. The Brussels were good but they get soggy quick because they're sitting in sauce.Overall the food here is okay for American fare.Kinda fratty vibes in the bar, but if you're at a table it's a completely different atmosphere.“

They also ran out of pisco which is kind of a pity considering they don’t have that extensive of a menu. Tried the victor hugo and Colette. Good for the vibe etc. Drinks were good, not amazing.“

“We had no reservations and three other places had closed for private events, so we were happy to find Blue Bar open and we were lucky to find a table without waiting -- it was filling up fast on an afternoon in early December ? the drinks were good and the atmosphere was great -- vibrant yet not loud! Too bad it wasn't quite blue ? I guess it only would turn blue later at night. (Only had drinks, so, I'm not rating "food" -- is that correct ?)“
