“4.5* - This was the first time I’ve had authentic (to what I think) Venezuelan cuisine, and it didn’t disappoint! We ordered the yucca fries, Pabellon Criolo, 2 arepas, and the soup of a day. Obviously, way too much food for 2.I thought the yucca fries & the creamy cilantro avocado salsa/sauce was delicious. The pabellon criolo, which is the Venezuelan National Dish, was delicious. Stewed pork, rice, beans, and 3 slices of plantains. Very, very, very good!!!The two arepas we ordered were very delicious as well. They put a lot of filling in them, so they’re a whole meal in one. Arepas are also gluten free.Soup was alright. Not the star.Order the Venezuelan National dish, one arepa, and maybe an appetizer… you’ll be stuffed with great food.Dietary restrictions: Good for gluten free.“

“I live in NJ and I come here just for this place, they have EVERYTHING, short wait time, beautiful prices for the quantity of food and quality, which you don't get in 95% of the places in Queens. They work late and the girls who serve you make excellent recommendations ?. Thank you for such good food guys!I recommend the patacones ?“

“Patacon is venezuelan food. If you like to eat sweet plantains, this is the place. It's one of those fast food truck place-order to go only. I had a "yoyo" a choice of chicken, beef, or pork. I had the chicken. Basically it looks like a gyro instead of getting the pita bread, you get sweat plantains with lettuce and tomatoes. It was very tasty. You should look at their website for more details.“

“I dont eat meat but let me tell you their vegan option is delicious. Its a small little place and I wish they had space to dine in and spread out. Its very typical street food but Venezuelan style. It little pricer than expected but they give you a lot of food!“

“I saw this as one of the recommendations from Righteous Eats, and I'm so glad that I got to try it. The patacon is amazing. It was my first time having one, and I'm so glad I had it here. It was so delicious, I practically inhaled it. I got a create your own patacon with pork and the basic toppings with no extras. The sandwich is super messy. The meat juices just drip along with all the other sauces. The meat is so tender. I believe the pork is pernil. It's flavored to perfection. The plantains don't have much flavor, but it works well as the bread. It's greasy, filling, comforting. It's something that everyone should try at least once. Only disappointing thing is that the fried queso blanco is tiny compared to the massive patacon portion. The staff speak Spanish with limited English at this location, but they have an order ahead as well as computerized ordering stations on premise.“
