I am so sad! Whenever I go to a show at the Suffolk Theater I eat here. It was always my favorite east end restaurant. My recent visit was horrible. Started with the roasted carrots appetizer. It looked great but there wasn't much taste. Had to put salt and pepper which didn't help much. Next came the cast iron skillet corn bread, one of my favorites. What the heck happened. It had absolutely no taste. I had to keep putting butter and salt on it. For dinner I had the pork chop. Well that was the nail in the coffin. The chop was dry and tough. There were several raw apple slices on the plate. Seriously? You couldn't cook them a little? Carmelize them? Cinnamon. And the yellow squash was undercooked. What the heck happened ? New chef? The food there was always a wow. I am very disappointed

One of the best gluten free places around! Yet, gluten full is also available and you have to tell the waiter if you are gluten free to be safest. They have an excellent quinoa bowl with chicken and very tasty chicken burger. Their fries are the best. It's a great place to try if you are gluten free or not. Can't wait to go back.

Food was amazeballs. We ordered the homemade baked cornbread, which came in a homey skillet, and shared the fried chicken with sausage gravy and smashed potatoes. It was nicely made and delectable. Even the broccoli was tasty. Service was fantastic.

Went for lunch while in the area and was pleasantly surprised. I did a quick search for gluten free and found this place. My mother has Celiac and was over the moon that she could have anything on the menu! My shakshuka was good, she loved her chicken sandwich. But the star of lunch was the fried calamari. The place is cute and intimate, good music playing. We'll be back next time we're near.

Staff was great. Food not so much. Fried calamar was the worst I've ever had, tough and chewy. Burger was RAW,I don't know if it was even put on the grill. Told the waiter burger was raw and he agreed. I was offended a complimentary glass of wine . They still charge us for the burger even though I only took two bites of RAW chop meat, wasn't asked if I wanted recooked

The food was excellent just like in all the other reviews I definitely was not disappointed, and very happy with my choice. The one downside was that it was a little too bright with the yellow walls and bright, bright lighting for a dinner atmosphere feeling. When I first walked in, it felt like I was about to eat breakfast, but again the food was absolutely spectacular and I soon forgot about the atmosphere

Food was pretty decent. Service was horrible. Took 20 minutes to get a menu & another 20 minutes before ordering. Server saw us twice. Unfortunately would never do again. It is really sad the food was great.
Parking: Parking was a little difficult to find, however behind the building is plenty of parking in a municipal lot and you enter the building through the rear entrance. Plenty of signs within that entrance to make sure you get to the restaurant.

Went to have lunch today after hearing good reviews. I was excited to try, so my son and I ordered two different dishes. His was the chicken which came out well cooked. I ordered a burger medium rare with cheddar and when i took a bite the burger was raw inside. (Fyi i went to culinary school so not in my head). I showed the waitress and she was wonderfully apologetic after seeing it and asked if i would like them to remake it. I said thank you and shared my sons sandwich. During that time i noticed the table next to me also sent their burger back and asked to take their new one to go.My second burger came out and when i bit in i immediately saw the burger was past well done. Again i called the waitress over to show her and she agreed and said she was so sorry. I am not sure if the chef was being a clown because he was upset about the burger being sent back or if he was just unaware of how to cook a burger. I was disappointed a manager never came by because i would have gladly let it go. So sad i have to write a review because i hate communicating this way. Hopefully it was just a bad day and my experience was in the minority.

A full menu that is (or can be made) gluten free?! Dream come true. This includes multiple gluten free beers, including a Belgian white on draft. Had a delicious meal, from apps to entree and a big highlight, dessert. Blondie sundae! Enjoyable ambiance and friendly waiter. Was quite busy when we arrived at 7 pm but cleared out by 8 pm. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!
