“I give it 4 stars on food because it still taste good. However the the chili dogs and bbq ham sandwich, even still delicious, I believe, have gotten smaller over the years.The service was good and the atmosphere is ok. (You can car and people watch)“

“Quite literally the nicest employees I've ever experienced at any restaurant, fast food or not, ever. They're amazing. We specifically drive out of our way to come to this location because the staff is that amazing. The restaurant is always clean, the food prepared properly, and served with a great attitude. When we saw a new location opening on Seneca Turnpike (closer to us) we kept saying how much we hoped that the franchise owner was the same, and that the standards would be the same at the new location, that's how much we love the service here!“

“Chris was awesome and had made up for it when i told him about my terrible experience at another mcdonalds nesrby before going there. He was very understanding and had amazing customer service. He provided a discount and the food was fresh and was really good. His attitude, drive thru time, and service was 5/5 for sure.“

“Ok, this is THE BEST FAST FOOD PLACE. EVER. For starters, I would just like to say, huge thanks to an African American man (whose name I don't know) working around 6:50 on August 12th, that man is a HERO!! Deserves a big raise for sure, and he is the man who made the rest of this review possible. Okay, okay, on with the review. I ordered just a cheeseburger kids meal after 4:00, so it was only two bucks! I had my Frosty Tag with me, so I got a Frosty too.The fries:Literal heaven!! They were so hot, they were crisp, and they were definitely fresh. Also, the equivalent of a whole nother box was in the bag!! 10/10, and the best fries (other than Arby's curly fries, but you can't compete with those) I've ever had at a drive through!!The burger:Fresh, hot, and downright delicious. Better than average, along with everything else, but just tasted a step up from usual. Like I said, just a kids meal, so nothing huge, but you couldn't tell by the flavor! It sounds stupid, I know, but it was just what I needed.The drink:Okay, this is where the service comes in huge! The diet coke was very "seltzery" and the flavor can was kicked, but MY MAN came in clutch and got me another, which was so fresh btw, he went above and, frankly, made my day. Huge thanks dude!!The Frosty:I kinda was craving vanilla, but unfortunately, I was informed that they only had chocolate. Kind of a bummer, for sure, but MY GUY came in clutch ONCE AGAIN and bumped me up a size to make up for it. You didn't have to do that, but you made me so happy!! If all fast food places were like this, they would actually put "real" restaurants out of business.Conclusion:This place rocks!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐P.S., Management, find this guy, I know he's there, and give him a raise.“

“Food: 4/5 | Service: 4.5/5 | Experience: 4/5 This is a very tiny restaurant with 3 (or 4?) 2-person tables. I ordered the big rowdy sandwich in the rebel heat profile. I waited for around 10 minutes. The portion size was as expected. I'm not sure I could get behind the flavor because the heat was the standout. I wish I got a better depth of flavor rather than spicy. You also need to buy water if you want it.“

“I liked the ordering with kiosk option where you could view pictures and customize your orders easily. I chose the Koba bowl. The portion size shocked me! My bowl looked like a mountain. It was satisfying to have that much food and a variety of stuff in only one bowl. Both food and service were amazing! With any order it also comes with a Korean snack of your choice.“

“Shingane is a true hidden gem. If it wasn’t for a recommendation, we wouldn’t have thought to stop by for their delicious homemade kimbap/gimbap and unique “buns”.Mr. Shin and his wife were so hospitable, especially for a small snack shop. They complimented us on our chopstick work (because they often tell people to eat the kimbap with one bite), asked where we were from, and told us their story of coming to New York and creating special presses for their Statue of Liberty buns. The kimbap was special, for me it’s the fact that they come handmade and don’t sit premade in a case in the front. Because of that, the rice is warm, the sesame oil is fragrant, and the vegetables are soft and fresh. I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends passing through.“
