“Whether my family is visiting or I need a bite while I’m at Tony’s, this is my favorite spot for food uptown. ♥️I typically have overwhelmingly nice customer service here. Tonight I accidentally dropped my number slip in the handoff window, and whoever was working was really rude to me out of nowhere. Kinda ruined my mood for the evening. I’ve had such good experiences here every other time, so I’m hard-pressed to post a low rating from one bad experience.“
