I have lived in Wisconsin for the last 8 years and I missed Mr. Hero!Now that I have returned to N.E Ohio I am OVERJOYED that I can eat delicious Roman Burgers without driving 400 milesI arrived right when they unlocked the doors so I knew they would need extra time to finish setting things up before they would be able to make my order.The person working was a delight!! Grew up in northern Ohio and have been a fan of Mr. Hero, but my most recent trip back to Ohio left me disappointed with Mr. Hero on the whole. Visited 3 locations. All were terrible. This was the best of the worst though. The dinning room does not function as one. There are only 3 tables, even though there is room for at least twice that. Folks were just using all the seating as a place to rest their feet because the service was so ridiculously slow. Employees were friendly enough...read full review
