We visited for the first time for dinner. Me and my family had to get the order to go but the food was amazing. If you’re looking for a restaurant that gives the essence of home-cooked meals, this is the place to go!
I love this place. I have brought several coworkers here and they also enjoyed there meal. The soul rolls and mac and cheese are my favorite. I also like the greens and cabbage! The yam pudding is also so delicious that I get it almost every time! This is not a fast food place so there will be a wait that's well worth it . The staff is courteous and friendly! The food was excellent here, enjoyed salmon nuggets, cabbage, chicken, and yam pudding a lot. The mac and cheese was nothing special but I’m not a Mac and cheese guy. Got some complementary cornbread that was extremely moist. What this place lacks most is a menu and some price transparency.
