So I visited Katherines today. My family goes there often but I do not. I took my mother there as she raves about the place. I ordered the country skillet which looked amazing. When I began to eat it a styrofoam piece of what looked like the egg carton was found underneath the egg. (I should have taken a picture) I understand sh*t happens but I didn't eat the rest of my breakfast. I told the young girl and she apologized and said she I tell the owner. I said absolutely you should tell the owner. - he/she should know. Now the owner was cashing out the customers right across from our booth. He asked everyone how their food was etc. When the waitress cleared my plate she said oh everything was good. I looked at her and said uh no! The bill came and and we paid full price. Now I didn't make a fuss but when I went to pay the bill the owner didn't ask me how my food was and didn't even look at me. That's when I was passed. Now either he didn't care or the girl never told him. I paid my tab but will NEVER go back again and told several of my friends what happened today. They will not go there!
