I called to place pickup order . First time was on hold for 10 mins, second time was on hold 15 mins no one ever came back to the phone. I went in to place order. Upon arrival, lady ask to take my order when I advised her that I wanted fried chicken dark she states they don’t do fried chicken on Sundays only wings. She I said wings is fine she ask me what side I stated mashed potatoes and cabbage she states mashed potatoes is not a side and I have to order separately. I then ask to order cubed steak she says we don’t sell cube steak any longer. I said please change your menu online. A guy approached me and says goggle charges 400.00 to remove and he does not know where they got the menu I seen online from! I left and will never return . Customer service was horrible!
