Was super busy and under staff but have to give it to the woman that was working the front. She stayed calm and tried her best to problem solve. I have worked in the service industry so i know how it can be when you’re understaffed and busy. I longer then 20 mins but i could see they were all trying and working hard. She kept everyone update on the status of there order, problem solved best as possible.
Would give a zero if I could. They delivered the wrong food (it had my name on the ticket). They put me on hold for 20 minutes when trying to fix it. I had to drive up to the store (was still on hold the whole drive) to get a refund. The person working the counter told me I should learn to cook if I didn't like having to wait "because they were busy and couldn't talk on the phone right now".
