Pulled in to Raising Cane's drive thru at 720. Line was long as usual, no biggie. Made our way around and we were 2 cars behind the ordering speaker. It was 8, and they shut off everything. All the lights and the drive thru speaker. The car in front of me sat for a few minutes waiting for some to acknowledge him. After he left I pulled up to the window to ask them what's going on. 3 people looked at me and ignored me. I pulled up to the second window. 2 different people were eating, they looked at me and ran away. There were over 10 cars behind me still sitting in line, clueless. I rolled my window down and told them to not keep waiting. I'm absolutely livid for the blatant disregard of my time. There has to be a proper procedure at closing time like putting a cone in the line or something.
