I've been to multiple Roosters around the city. the food at this location is the BEST quality! I grew up on the north side and moved to the west side when i was older. I wasn't keen on this location at first because it is smaller than the others, but the service and quality out weighs that.
We stopped in for dinner. My husband ordered a beer for both of us. We discussed the menu and I told the bartender we were ready when she was. She seemed agitated and said she get get with us in a moment. She ended up taking a break and the nice manager ended up taking our order. Sorry we ruined your smoke break or whatever was bothering you. Another reason to go to the Hilliard location.

Dined outside this evening- had lovely service from Katie! Ordered 2 draft beers, 2 of us shared the dumpster tots and 10 traditional wings w/medium sauce. The food is solid, the wings are crispy, it's consistent and I appreciate that! Love the blue cheese. We tried the new garlic parm sauce today- it's tasty but quite oily. Thanks Roosters, we'll be back :)
