i went into my first experience at rumba café with low expectations after reading many negative reviews. the lou roy and rett madison show was incredible, and i was really surprised with how clean the mix sounded from in front of the soundboard. i didn't drink since i was traveling, but the bartender kindly directed me to the restroom after my asking. no complaints. the patio is pretty nice too!!
Nice no-frills indie venue for live music. Drink basics are not egregiously priced. No seating, just open standing room. Decent sized outdoor patio. But hope you don't have to use the restrooms.

Small venue, sold out show, wall to wall people. I appreciated the ticketweb notification the day of the event. The intake of the guests was fast and friendly. The bartenders were attentive. The room had no seats at all, but there probably wasn't room for any. Parking was a problem. I'm not sure where everyone else parked, but we parked at Lowes a half mile away.
