The manager was extremely rude. Yelled at my 21 year old daughter as well as myself. I didn’t ask for him to comp anything, only stated I didn’t like my sushi roll. He was yelling at both of us. I just kept asking for the check to leave. My daughter enjoyed her roll, the server was very nice but the manager was horrible. Never coming again.
Waited 45 mins for our food and never came out so we left!! Last time I was there we waited about 30 mins for someone to come take our order. Had to get my own drink refills. Will NEVER eat there again. The Covid mask wearing Karen guy pushed money out the door when people would come in not wearing a mask. I seen him tell number of people to leave because they weren’t wearing a mask.

It took like 30-45 mins to get our food. We ended up getting something we didn’t like and just simply did not want it. Never asked for anything to be comped or removed from the check and didn’t want anything different because we didn’t want to wait another 30 mins to get that. The store manager came over and was extremely rude and unprofessional and put the plate of sushi back on our table and was yelling at me saying something about not getting it removed, you still have to pay ect. All we wanted was to get the bill and leave. Once again never asked for anything to be comped or removed. That was my birthday lunch with my mom who I barely get to see anymore and the store manager ruined it by opening his mouth over something that wasn’t even a big deal. Like sorry we just didn’t like that sushi roll didn’t know you were so sensitive to someone not liking something. Either way the way he handled the situation and the way he was talking to me and my mom was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He was berating us over not liking a sushi roll and throwing a tantrum like a child. I would highly not recommend this place and advise people to go to sushi en 2 mins down the road. They have excellent service and they’re very kind and won’t get butt hurt when you don’t like a sushi roll.
