One for the main door is zip locked closed and the have locked the bathroom so that guest can not use them. I would have ordered my lunch else where if I knew I would not be able to use the bathroom. The staff said it is never open.
I order Wendy's a lot and I go to the one on Cleveland Avenue Just because it's closest to my house. The order is incorrect at least 50% of the tim Wendy's customer service support is a joke chat function does not work. I hung up after 45 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone in person. So I sent them an email and the email literally says they will be back to me in a couple of days but it might take longer. I honestly think Wendy's corporate does not care. So we were ordering and fast forward to when we pull up they asked my mom if she smoked gas? My mom doesn’t do that neither does she do drugs then some lady was charging us an extra fee then she started yelling at us and then she closed the window and started talking about us plus she said they didn’t have frosty neither receipt paper how bad are YALL struggling like.. ??
