Waited at drive through for 5 minutes. Pulled through to order, since we thought maybe the microphone was out of order due to rain. At the window, we were spoken to very angrily by a woman who told us that we should have waited longer. She was shouting out of the window, so we left. I called to inform the manager of our experience, because the employee clearly needed a break. The same woman answered the phone and told me that she was the general manager. She acknowledged that she was the one we spoke to at the window. She then yelled at me and said that the incident never happened before hanging up. I called back, and the same individual screamed at me that she would give my number to the police if I called back again. I don’t know what charges she thought she could bring, because absolutely nothing was out of line. Please help her. She seemed quite unbalanced.
