Wow. First time here and cannot say enough good things! Everything we had was delicious! The sushi has such a fresh taste, we had the Mars roll and id easily say 10/10. I had the hibachi chicken and it was cooked perfectly. Didn't even need the yum-yum sauce, the flavors were so good. Though I did try it and it was delicious too!
The food and service here is pretty good . Restaurant is never busy when we go here but it’s been here for ages . Decent sushi, good Chinese-American wok dishes, and great appetizers to share . We always get black pepper calamari and yellowtail samba for appetizers. Not your typical deep fried calamari, but stir fried as well. Food is fast , ambience is decent enough for a date , service is attentive . Everything I look for in a restaurant. Prices are not bad either

Felt compelled to write a review because I saw a few bad reviews for this place. My husband and I have been going to Blue Ginger at least once a week for over 10 years because we've literally never had a bad meal here. Both sushi and hot food are consistently good every single time and we get tired of trying new places and they're not as good so we just figure we might as well come to Blue Ginger where we KNOW we'll get good food!!
