This place is amazing. When we called them to donate to our local hospital I was calling for a discount. Our staff is so busy we don’t get to eat sometimes. Papa Johns came through and donated 50 individual pizzas to our Nursing and Respiratory Therapists! They did this for both of our Day shift and Night Shift! I’m proud to work in a community where the businesses have stepped up and helped us so we can help our patients. It makes our day go a lot smoother! We appreciate Papa Johns for their great tasting pizza and their generous spirit!
I called this location to talk to the manager before ordering for my classroom. I ordered 6 pizzas for my class through the manager and told him to please deliver them by 12:10 (I ordered at 10:30). At 12:30 I had 20 3rd graders staring at me hungry and no pizza. I called the store and phones were disconnected. I called and called and nothing. I then called another location close by to see if they knew what was going on. They said “their phones have been down for a few weeks”. I began to panic that my students would not get lunch and was searching for other options. Finally, at 12:50 I got a call from a driver saying he thinks he was at my school. That’s over 45 minutes late. The driver had no idea why they were late. I tipped him because I knew it was not his fault, but told him to please have the manager call me because I could not get ahold of their store. The manager never called me. I filed a formal complaint with corporate that also went unanswered due to their incompetence. I called corporate about a week after the first complaint and they said the manager is “willing to offer me a promo code”. I said that was not acceptable and to please have the manager call me. This was two weeks ago and still nothing.

online ordering never works, website half the time doesn't wok at all. the one out of 12 times it does work, delivery is slow. used to be my favorite place. I'm very disappointed :(
