This place is outstanding. We went for lunch and I had the Spaghetti and meatball. The meatball was tender and tasty as well as the size of my fist . The sauce was outstanding. My wife had the chicke parmigiana. While made with a traditional red sauce it was served on a bed of pasta in a white sauce. The contrast in sauces was over the top. Brian was out waiter and he was professional and attentive. Defiantly a go to for future visits to Dublin.
Loved my first experience here. My favorite was probably the veal pappardelle. All the pasta was cooked to perfect al dente. The truffle pizza was also tasty. Not to mention that their bread (the complementary one) is also so good with olive oil and a touch of black pepper. The fristto misto (calamari) was just okay, in my opinion; the sauces weren't as tasty as I was expecting. Finally tried Valentina's for the first time for our anniversary today and we were blown away. The service and food were top notch. We had the bread (of course), arancini appetizer, swordfish entree, butternut squash ravioli and the classic affogato. We also took the EVOO cake to go and it was divine. Best meal we've had in a long time. Everything was so fresh, flavorful and cooked to perfection. Special shout out to our server, Ryan- she was just amazing!
