Never order online. Only order in person. Staff always high. Normal food safety procedures not followed. No urgency with online orders. Staff loud and had indecent conversations in front of customers. Possible hygiene issues. Will never return. Health department should be involved. Please contact columbus public health if you are reading this.
Wish I could give ZERO Stars. I should’ve gotten the employees name but she was extremely rude. Was very skimpy making my bowl and did not give me whole portions had a nasty attitude, gave me about 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. When I arrived there was a whole new batch of hot rice that she had to open, she heard me say “I would like that fresh rice please” and proceeded to SCRAPE the old rice off the perimeter of the empty container (stuck to the bottom) and purposely...read full review

Just like EVERY other fast food place anymore... Understaffed and not very friendly... They don't clean the area that the food is prepared at all, they just slide your food thru all of the remnants of past burritos and bowls from all day... Chipotle used to be top notch, that's not the case anymore
