“What an amazing local joint! We started with cheese curds, had the Broadway burger with sweet potato fries. The catsup was even amazing, not sure what brand it is. The place was super clean, quick and friendly service. I ended the meal with a nice huge piece of chocolate cake and a awesome pride shirt! They have a winery and brewery with a full selection to choose from. Support a local business and stop by to visit. Make sure to enroll into their loyalty program.“

“We LOVED our shaved ice from Bubba's. Huge variety of flavors, and yes, the flavors tasted authentic! I had raspberries & cream and coconut rum. Hubby had pina colada, and our son got blue raspberry and orange. I think they have 100 flavors. Incredible. Have I ever had New Orleans-style snow cones? No. But we all agreed, these are seriously the best we've ever tasted. Soft ice (not crunchy), with tons of syrup. The server was nice, attentive, and patiently answered all our questions. The guy behind us in line said he visits twice weekly to get them for him and his family. Note: Bubba's takes cash only! No credit cards. Wished we lived closer!!“

“I have returned from my hiatus to speak on behalf of parable (again). Pastries just wake me up like nothing else. I say that but every time I try to get to parable "early" (i.e., before 10am), I fail to do so ;'( But it's ok! These days there are still goodie pastries available for the sleepy birbs (hurrah) Unfortunately, my gastrointestinal system did not hunger at that hour of the morn, so the spinach artichoke danish was a bit of an underwhelming experience, even though the danish was freshly toasted ;'( I liked the chip though (cronch). Otherwise, it kind of gave artichoke dip but served in a pastry vessel instead of a plastic container. I enjoyed the honey grapefruit brûlée circle croissant and guava cream cheese pastelito more. Neither were too sweet and both had nice crispity crunchities! Service was very thoughtful as well! Whenever staff brought pastries to someone's table, they'd always ask if the person would like a fork and would then go run and grab one. I personally prefer to go feral on my food with my fingers but the gesture seemed very kind. Also, I'm pretty sure the entire album of The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess was played. “We went on a tour here to learn about how they make their spirits. The tour was great, and our guide Maggie was very informative while being casual and easy to talk to. I would love to go back and meet their spirit master Adam. Prices are average compared to other places in Columbus. Vodka and gin are very affordable without tasting cheap. Only negative is there isn’t much parking. Overall I am more than satisfied with my experience here. Can’t wait for the bourbon to be released!!“

“We chose to hire Seventh Son's sunroom for our wedding. Best decision ever. Monica was a delight to work with and everything was so relaxed and easy from day one. Our wedding day was perfect. The space looked amazing, the drinks were fabulous and the bar staff were simply outstanding.Highly recommend this place for events, or even just a great, chilled location for a beer if you're in the area.“

“I can't say enough great things about The Cakehound! My dog was the ring bearer in my wedding so we had a special cake made for him for the big day. Not only was it GORGEOUS and matched our theme but Teresa also catered the ingredients to suit my sensitive dog's dietary requirements. I don't know how she managed to make a raw-incorporated cake look so beautiful but she did it! He went absolutely bonkers for the cake and it added a fun, special touch that all of our guests loved. I highly recommend stopping in to check the shop out! From the overall aesthetic, ADORABLE baked goods and other items, to the fun events, there's something there for every dog/dog lover. “Atmosphere is very laid back. I came here looking for Blackbird Kitchen, thinking it was a restaurant, and was surprised to find that it’s the name of the food sold in the bar. So Blackbird Kitchen is not its own separate restaurant. You order food at the bar and they bring it to your table. Service was quick and the food was good overall. Parking was a bit confusing. Do not park in the parking lot before 6:30pm! You will need to find street parking, which was not hard. Outdoor seating area. They have live bands.Parking: Don’t park in the parking lot before 6:30pm. Free street parking down the side streets.“

“I love this place. That being said, there was an odor we noticed that was a bit unpleasant. It was raining that evening so maybe the sewers were having an issue but the smell was not good. I think we adjusted to it because it seemed stronger when we first sat down and then we didn't really notice it after some time passed. The food/drinks were great and I always recommend this place.“

“*Dog Friendly* Kind of hard to find but what a gem! Staff was extremely friendly, they went out of their way to go over their different drinks and other places to check out. They brought out the dogs a water bowl with ice cubes. The beers were incredible, never had anything like them…. The fact that they are all barrel aged is all that needs to be said. “Yall give Trinity a raise! We have been several times to the new location and she is easily the best server we have had. She was attentive even though she was busy. Even when she didn't stop at the table I could see her looking to check on our table. she was freindly,prompt and kept the drinks full which is hard to do when you are so busy! “We had actually been headed to a different restaurant, but the wait there ended up being longer than expected, so we decided to check out Harvest instead. We ended up going with some burgers and yukon potatoes for takeout. The Rosie burger was excellent, though, as a personal preference, we will probably skip the bacon onion jam next time. The seasoning on the Yukon potatoes was delicious, but they were a little overcooked. Service was friendly, and our order was ready as quoted.“

“DK is an old faithful and is the perfect place to come for post night shift breakfast because they have drinks. Came here with a large group (8 people) right when they opened which is tricky since it's a smaller space. They were very accommodating and didn't appear annoyed by our group. I got their new breakfast tacos without the bacon and they were super good! The salsa it comes with makes it 10x better. I also tried the French kiss (gin, grenadine, citrus drink) and it was strong on the citrus/gin front which I loved. Got a sour cream and blueberry donut to go. Their donuts are excellent. I preferred the blueberry one since the flavor is so prominent without being cloyingly sweet.“

“This metro park is a hidden gem on the outskirts of Columbus. There are many entry points, trails, and sites to see and explore. In the winter time they have a little make shift "pond" the park freezes for ice skaters. They have many trials throughout the park that is pathed and unpathed. Certain trails you may or may not be allowed to walk your dog, so just look out got signs. And there are a few playground parks spend throughout! There is also a beautiful shelter house that can be rented out for parties, birthdays, baby showers, etc. This park is one of my favorites because they have live Bison that live out in the pastures; and it's just so neat to see such big beautiful creatures in this area.“
