Rhonda Harris does a fantastic job. She is one of the main reasons we eat at Fazoli’s. Her customer service is unbelievable and the food is great.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the kids Penne Pasta and bread sticks. She is very picky so we eat here quite often.

well i cant exactly say atmosphere was a 5 star as i was at the drive through ordering for me and my daughter but i've never felt so amazed by customer service the older lady on drive thru made my experience so delightful and sweet also the food was amazing i got the baked lasagna and i will be back and thats a promise. ❤️
