We ordered take out over the phone. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Upon pulling into the lot, I received a call saying they didn’t have anymore of the wraps. I adjusted the sandwich order but was told it would be ANOTHER 25 minutes. Once home much later than expected with the food, the sandwich did not have the tater tots that were ordered. All the other food was soggy and cold as if it had been sitting and waiting for the new sandwich to be made. Overall terrible service. Nothing was done when the order was unable to be completed. Wasn’t adjusted until after arrival. Required to wait another whole amount of time for the replacement instead of a rush. The food was left to get cold, soggy, and disgusting while the new item was made. And lastly the order didn’t include all the parts. No effort was done to make this right and we will not return. I do not recommend others ever go here.
