“Wanted to grab a quick bite while at Crooked Can and this was a great spot to do that. “Chipotle style” allows you to create your own bowl and choose your toppings. There was plenty of food and I was able to split the meal with someone else and feel satisfied. We were here at 6pm on a Friday and there was no line at all. My favorite part was the large chunks of feta!“

“We had Chris Cakes flip pancakes for our wedding and it was a hit!! All of the guests loved it and Hal even let us flip pancakes to each other. The pictures we have from it are our favorites and was the highlight of the reception. Would definitely recommend for any large event!“

“My friend and I traveled from Mansfield, Ohio to go the Titanic The Artifact Exhibition and we stopped to try the New BBQ Pastrami and we were both impressed. Clint, Kyle, and the entire Hoggy’s team are very friendly. I highly recommend going to Hoggy’s if you haven’t. We will definitely be back next time we are in Columbus.“

“We have used The Foodsmiths for a number of catering gigs- from small to over 100 people. Always great job and impresses our guests. Since Covid hit, Chef Gretchen and Chef Ferdi are making meals to go with a different menu every week. Great, healthy food and at a good value!“

“We had our daughter’s bridal shower at Blue and Fig on April 6, 2024, and perfect is not even an adequate description. From start to finish, Carrie, Stephanie and Brooke went above and beyond to help make everything simple and exactly what we envisioned! The venue is beautiful. Warm, welcoming, and just stunning. Everyone commented on how gorgeous it was. The food was delicious and I may dream about the crème brûlée French toast for quite sometime. All in all, I couldn’t think of a better spot to hold any type of event. Thanks to all at Bleu and Fig for making our daughter’s bridal shower incredible!“

“We celebrated our wedding at Darby House in September 2023, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The venue itself is stunning, and Nicole was so patient with all of our questions and requests, ensuring that our day ran smoothly. The grounds provided so many beautiful backdrops for our photos, and the ambiance, service, food (courtesy of Berwick), and sparkler send-off were some of the highlights of our big day!For couples considering the venue, here are a few points to keep in mind without overshadowing the positive experience:Although the newly renovated bridal suites are gorgeous, the full-day rental starting at noon will likely not provide enough time for larger bridal parties to complete hair and makeup on-site. Having earlier access to the bridal suite could make the day-of experience even more seamless.Additionally, there is a requirement to serve liquor with a mixer, limiting cocktail options such as Manhattans and Martinis. While this might not be a concern for everyone, it's something to keep in mind if you have specific preferences for your wedding beverages.Another consideration is reliable transportation, as there is spotty cell reception for ridesharing apps. If you plan on arranging buses for transportation, be aware that they must be on the smaller side (~20-30 passenger) to navigate the driveway, adding a small extra planning step.Despite these considerations, the uniqueness of the venue and the exceptional service from the Darby House team make it worth every moment. “I’ve always enjoyed my experience at City BBQ. Their sandwiches are always top notch, and the cheese fries today were a great addition. I came in right before dinner rush, but I had very little wait time and the food was hot. With the prices and atmosphere, this is my favorite BBQ in the Dublin area.“
