“Delightful experience all the way around. After a long day of travel we enjoyed great service, excellent food and good beer and wine. Impressive wine and beer list! Will likely make it a stop on our travels from East to West and back again each year.“

“The restaurant's mission is consistency and the food is ALWAYS delicious. The short rib bruschetta paired with the Maison Nicholas Pinot Noir was absolute perfection. I constantly enjoy sitting in the pub area and my mom, dad, and significant other especially enjoy the pub food including the short rib nachos and pretzels.I love to get my holiday wine here as well. I am always so impressed with how much variety NE has. I managed to get a case with all of my favorites including a Beaujolais Nouveau, Georges Duboeuf Pinot Noir, and Lobster Reef Sauvignon Blanc for the upcoming holidays. I do wish that the beer selection had a tad more variety as we enjoy ciders, sours, goses, and stouts and the fridge was mostly IPAs but overall, always a wonderful visit to this local gem.PS. Lambic beer is a little rare to find and I'm really glad NE stocked this!“

“Just had a great dinner. The best food we have had in a long time. Mushroom Carbonara for my wife, Japanese sea bass for me. Delicious, we had beef tartare for appetizer. Great service. Even the manager was bussing tables (which to me a sign of a well run place where everyone does what it takes). Good job.“

“The food was predictably good, as was the service. The restaurant was quite noisy and, as we were a party of 6, the seating configuration wasn't conducive to us having a conversation. They put a table for 2 at the end of a table for 4, extending into the aisle. A large square or round table would have been preferable.“

“Very nice atmosphere and the food was excellent! Being plant based, I am used to ordering “the salad” but they have a Cauliflower Steak Chimichurri entree that is amazing! Our server was incredibly attentive and everything we ordered came out in a timely manner and was delicious.“

“Hudson's is a great, local, family-owned restaurant. The food is good quality but a bit on the higher side, price-wise. That being said, you definitely get what you pay for. My favorites are the Ultimate Chicken Sandwich and the French Chicken Sandwich. If you come, which I highly recommend, make sure to stop in when Eric is bartending. He makes a mean cosmo and his lemon drops are the BEST; you'll also get very entertaining and attentive service.“
