“Food is VERY very tasty, and the staff at this location are generally good people. There's one employee in particular that stands out as such a wonderful person, I unfortunately forgot her name though.. In general I think more people on shift should hold her attitude and show the same level of kindness.“

“I went to Chick-fil-A for a chicken sandwiches. First of all, when I walked in, I was greeted by a worker, and that made me feel good that he acknowledged me to let me know that he would be right with me. I did not have to wait long. Lastly, the food was just like I wanted hot, freshly, tasted better than I expected. I really enjoyed ? my chicken sandwich, and yes, I will continue to go to Chick-fil-A.“

“So I place an app order, only to get there & they are out of extra crispy chicken. Now I just got off a 8 hr on your feet shift. I was not a happy camper let’s say. The mgr was nice & asked if I would accept original, nope. So he said in 8 minutes it would be rdy. So the mgr & I had a little discussion abt this, it never got nasty. Just two people who were both tired & exhausted. One wanted their food & the other just wanted to give me my food. I worked fast food, so I understood where he was coming from. He deserved 5+. Awesome manager, will keep going there.“

“Las Margaritas is an amazing spot! Get it weekly for lunch since it is down the street from our office. Food is always fresh and delicious. So many great options on the menu. Service is always quick & friendly. Lucky to have a place like this nearby.“

“We tried their double beef burgers for lunch a month ago , these burgers have become our favorite. Went back a couple of weeks later and ordered the chicken sandwiches, fantastic. Must try place, everything is so fresh, did I forget to mention the fries, so good.“

“My first encounter with Cane's Chicken was in Phoenix, Arizona several years ago. Which was top notch than but busy busy busy! A long wait in AZ but worth it! Now when I saw that Ohio was starting to put up Raising Cane's Chicken I was happy to have that restaurant in my hometown of Ohio. I have been there several times always with great food and consistently made food. That's a plus because whenever you go to Cane's Chicken anywhere it will always be hot, fresh and tasty good! Wait lines aren't as long as in AZ which is great but still worth the wait if you have too! I definitely recommend trying Raising Cane's Chicken“

“Love this place... I usually get the Box Combo, as it comes with coleslaw. The employees are always friendly with a funny greeting! Last time we went thur the drive-thru and we had our dog in the car, they gave our dog a piece of chicken. Love, love, love it!“

“Yea Cane's has a solid chicken tender and Hot Chicken Takeover has some good food, but neither of these (or really any other place in Cleveland) can hold a candle to Dave's Hot Chicken. The quality of the chicken is top notch, the flavors/ heat are exceptional, and the sides compliment your meal perfectly. Do yourself a favor - stop wasting time scolling these reviews and go try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.“

Customer service is often lacking in a fast food environment, but not with Shane. He was friendly, funny and the reason I will be back to the Pearl rd. Location. Give him a raise!!“

“From WNY on a baseball trip and my son insisted that the family stop here before we ahuffled back to Buffalo as he had been to a Raising Canes a few months ago w the hockey team.We need one of these in Buffalo! Blows Chik Fil out of the water! Fingers were great size and cooked perfectly.Staff at this location were amazing ! It was my first visit to a Raising Canes and after talking with who I believe was the manager at the counter about the facility, what to order etc he gave me and my family a “ first timer “ discount . Great service and he won over me on that type of service. I didn’t ask for it … he just did it .Keep up the great work and I hope you and the cashier see this as you both provided amazing service .Heading back with the hockey team in a week and I will be stopping in again with 22 hungry hockey players !“
