Bistro on the Falls Reviews
Last night we went to Bistro on the Falls in Olmstead Falls. What a wonderful experience. We started with their Deviled Eggs w/ crabmeat and I am not a devil egg fan but I enjoyed 3. They were amazing. The next appetizer was Coquilles St. Jacques Scallop which was so good we even ate the garnish that came with it. The entrees were Padre Island Salmon which was awesome. and I had the Fillet which was the best Fillet I ever had. To make it even better, Chef Marcele Fadul came around and talks to the customers like we are family. We love this place and I am sure you will too.
Great atmosphere, food presentation and delicious. Great place for any celebration or special event. The staff was very attentive, courteous and knowledgeable.

It came to our attention that bistro on the falls has the best mixologist that makes the best cocktails Ever. Kixksy . Wow she was amazing not only with her cocktails but the way she treats you like family. The food was wonderful. The restaurant is cozy and beautiful. Kixksy Introduce us to the Owner Marcelo what a sweetheart. To us what makes this restaurant was Kixksy and Marcelo thank you for you hospitality. We'll be back to see you both.
