I'm giving the star diner 5 stars . First time I have ever been to one, and I have lived here my whole life. Seated promptly, everybody was friendly. The inside was a lot smaller than what it appeared. It felt a little cramped. But I forgot about most that when the food showed up. The portions were generous. The home fries were great. Everything was just so tasty. Would definitely recommend this place.
I've been a loyal patron of Star Diner for years, and its consistently amazing service has never faltered. During my recent visit, I recognized that I'd never shared my experience in a review. Amidst my new healthy diet journey, Star Diner once again impressed me. Whether it's the delightful strawberry salad or the kid-approved chicken and waffles, everything tastes fantastic. This place is a genuine hidden gem in Toledo.

I eat breakfast and lunch here. The food portion is great, more than plenty. The quality of the food is very good. They are quick to take your order and get your food prepared. One of my go to restaurants! Corn beef hash and eggs, eggs benedict is fantastic and the grilled chicken sandwich with fries...all very good.
