Lots of changes since our last visit including menu. Seems to be less emphasis on the family recipes. I had a good size fillet of walleye piccata which had many bones and little to no lemon cream sauce. He had roast chicken cannelloni. Flavorful, a bit spicy, swimming in red sauce. The smoked gouda inside was a nice touch. Dated music.
My family met here to celebrate a nice Easter dinner (on a weekday we were all available). I had the pistachio salmon, it was delicious ? my mother in law enjoyed the Walleye Piccata. I added jumbo shrimp with a side of marinara sauce. Their shrimp appetizer was REALLY good. I was a little disappointed it only came with 3 jumbo shrimp (we had 4 people) but it came on bread covered in a really tasty sauce with tomato’s and mushrooms too, all combined it was more filling. I usually do not give 5 stars unless something really makes the place stand out. What stood out was the quality and quantity of food for the money. Additionally we had a large group 15 people and EVERYONE was happy with everything. The service was good especially for this many people! Thank you Johnny our wonderful server who just graduated from OSU!Definitely recommend!Parking: Large parking lot by the strip mall!Kid-friendliness: Great service with a great smile!
