“Be prepared to get ripped off. Time and time again, i don't know why we try again just to be ripped off and leave with an incomplete order. Someone outta start a class action law suit and count me in for all the times they screw you in your order..tonight $13 worth of food left out of our order. And no it's not always convenient to go back. Which is what the response is. I don't want to go back I want to get what I paid for the first time there!“
“It's 8:40pm Friday Nov 3rd. The lady behind the counter gave amazing service. She was polite, attentive, made sure my order was right and complemented other customers who were present. “I've always been very happy with the food at this location. The portions are good and prices are very reasonable. Employees are always friendly and respectful. Never had an issue with service here, as I mainly use the drive-through. And I've never had to go back to have an order fixed.“
“Highly recommended! The best part is the restaurant is located inside the same building as the "Pilot" gas station/convenient mart. I always enjoy their vast selection of snacks, drinks, novelty items, car accessories, and other random nick knax. Their restrooms are very nice, a lot larger than most other places, and are kept pretty clean "usually." They even have showers available "for a cost." I find myself stopping by even if I don't need any gas, just to see whats new in their selection.“
“Usually everything is fine which is why I’m giving it a higher rating. I am really writing to inform the location that their shells have either gone stale or aren’t cooked, for the last week. Please fix this and try to read the instructions closely on delivery orders. Once it’s delivered we can’t get our order fixed. Do anything that’s wrong or missing is just that. Unless you we want to order again and pay again for delivery. We frequent this place. It’s close in proximity to our house.Dietary restrictions: Hence the need to pay attention to special instructions and the removal of or substitutions for certain items.“
“Timothy was at the drive thru window and was so happy and nice. Best customer service at a fast food place that I've had in a LOMG time. The food was got and well prepared. Tastes better than our local,TB. Definitely nicer employee than the woodburn location too. I'd come back. Give timothy a raise!!“
