“Just hired this venue for a Bridal shower (their first ?) and they were fantastic. They were extremely responsive and have a very flexible space. They provided a cash bar and accommodated our request for a signature drink offering. They even have a really nice sound system for MCing and tunes!”

“I’ve been enjoying this sub shop since 1977! Originally owned by the Randello family, I was fortunate to meet Theresa and Maria while a student at St. Cyril Academy. Their family is the best!!! Born and raised in Chicago, I’ve never experienced subs, or cosmos like this! The best EVER! I’ve been returning to Danville since 1981. First stop is always The Danville Sub Shop! Although the original owner has passed, and his family has other businesses in town, it is still as good as I remember! The Cheese Cosmo is the best! My son brought eight home with him the last time we were there!!”

“We had reservations for 9 on Saturday. We were seated right away and given menus. My son has celiacs and we asked for the Gluten Free menu. The waiter brought it and went over it with my son. Our waiter ( sorry forgot his name) was excellent and attentive even though I believe he said he was fairly new. Drinks came out quick as well as our Apps and mains. All were great. Thank you for taking care of us. We will be back when in the area again”

“As far as pizza shops along the highway are concerned, this is up there above most of the rest. Great pizza, calzone and stromboli options along with salads, cheese steaks and subs.The pepperoni, sausage and roasted peppers pizza we had was excellent.”

“John's Asian is an awesome lower-cost alternative to a full-scale hibachi dinner. He has hibachi and Thai food for the lowest prices in the Bloomsburg-Danville area, but he doesn't skimp on quality. All the food I've ever had here has been delicious, including hibachi salmon, Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, fried rice, green curry, fried tofu, gyoza, and chicken satay. The service is always pleasant and fast.Update 11/23: John's now serves steamed pork buns as an appetizer and they are delicious!Parking: John's has its own small parking lot, a rarity on Mill Street.”

“Dined there this evening. It's not our first time. Tonight, they were out of soup spoons. On a good note, the oysters were adequate, the clam chowder was adequate, the shrimp cocktail was delicious, our entrees were delicious, and Alexadra did an outstanding job. They had run out of their cornbread, but Alexadra found some for us. All in all, it was a rather pleasant dining experience. The only constructive criticism is better planning when you have a large party reservation. Hopefully, then you won't run out of things for the rest of us.”

“Awesome gem in Danville. I am travel nurseworking at the local hospital and always look for family run restaurants when in new town for assignment. The Eggplant Parmesan is the best I’ve ever had. Huge portion, excellent flavor, perfect breading, not soggy. Just excellent. Delicious. Huge portion of homemade bread and a great dinner salad.”

“They are a little expensive with some items but do have a variety of vegan grocery options. They have seasonal fresh vegetables, such as lettuce, root vegetables, mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, etc. They also have bulk items such as different grains and cereals”

“Lots of places to sit and eat, nice staff, only issue was the chicken tortellini Alfredo sauce was watery. I don’t ever like to leave bad reviews however this Alfredo sauce was below average.”

“I want to give a huge thank you and shout out to the crew working this morning 10/2/17. Ok was getting gas at the station next door and my dog Locked out my car. Keys and phone and everything in it. The gas station attendant was no help in looking up the number for my roadside assistance so I went to burger king next door and they were more then willing to help me out. I just want to say thank you and it meant alot to me!”

I hope this is not the Fly Truck station. That one wasn't even available. Shut down early. This one we got subs at was inside an ExxonMobile.”
