“The food is second to none for the exact style youre looking for. Steak was a beautiful dry aged porterhouse med rare with a bleu cheese crumble on top. Perfect hit on the med rare practically melting off the bone. Service was fantastic. They shared the table between two servers so someone was always glancing over and ready without being invasive of the experience. Drinks are PHENOMENAL. The only thing i would notate is if its bright outside its dim inside so if youre facing the door its hard to concentrate on the person youre facing. Overall amazing as always and will always go back.“

“First time for dinner and really liked the whole experience. Very good choice of wines as advertised. Interesting and imaginative offerings throughout the menu. My wife and I shared the crispy eggplant which were outstanding and just melted in your mouth. She also had the gnocchi appetizer which had a lot of flavor. My main was the duck confit papardelle. Duck was tender and it was good, not great. Was expecting more flavor as it was a little bland. Our friends thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. Service was attentive and pleasant. I can appreciate servers that know their trade and don't need to go over-the-top nice...conversational, knowledgeable and warm. Overall vibe of the place is excellent and it's in a good spot in Easton.“

Cellar Beast Winehouse - Cellar 159 Wine Bar • $$
159 Northampton St, Easton

“Cellar Beast, a Pennsylvania winery, provides a welcoming and comfortable environment for wine connoisseurs. Their competitively priced flights and bottles make it an appealing destination for wine tasting. Chardonnay, especially the 2022 reserve, is a standout favorite, while the red blends and Pinot Noir are also notable. I eagerly anticipate future visits to this establishment. They also offer a respectable selection of beers and ciders for those who prefer alternatives.“

“BEAUTIFUL place with exposed brick & industrial farm doors. A lot of repurposed material. Very nice aesthetics. But when e got there, our reservation was given away & it took 3 ppl to figure it out. We chose the Mimosa flight and a flight of wines. Asked the server what her suggestions were and she was very informative. The grapefruit and sage mimosa had me thinking I was drinking a candle but the complexity of the flavors made me fall in love with it. The wines we chose were just ok. The food was good. I got the Spinach & Artichoke Flatbread. Yum! And we shared the Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfait. It was a Saturday so it was super loud. Plus, they sat us right in front of the live musician. Maybe next time, a seat on the perimeter would be better if you wanna have a conversation.“

Tolino Vineyards at the Easton Public Market Wine Bar • $$
Easton Public Market, 325 Northampton St, Easton

“Gorgeous market. Tons of options for food, surely something for everyone. It is actually quite large with ample seats. A nice little play area with books for children to read and some toys for them to play with. There are pastries, candies, candles, cookies, macaroons, groceries, butcher, etc. It was very clean inside and the bathrooms were also in good shape on our visit. Will definitely come back and buy some of everything.“

“Been eating in this area for a while and we finally took the opportunity to come here. Wow the food was amazing and high quality. They even grow their own herbs for their dishes. Portions were gigantic and tasted amazing. I tried out the pizza, pork chops, and had bites of the salmon and chicken from family members. All of it was 10/10. The desserts were fantastic as well. Cocktails were just the right mix of strong and tasty.Definitely coming back here again. Seems like all the restaurants in this plaza are killing it with the food.“
