“The whole dining experience was more than excellent; it was damn-near perfect! I'm not much of a raw fish person, but I tasted my wife's tuna tartare appetizer and loved it. My oysters Rockefeller appetizer was a delicately balanced, excellent preparation. For my main course I had the whole Branzino, expertly deboned for me at tableside, and it was marvelous. At that point we did not need dessert, but the list of available after dinner drinks was awesome! Kudos also to our server Casey, who helped to make the evening memorable.”

“We've been to Genki several times and it never fails to impress. Their sushi is always fresh and their portions are generous. The wait staff are polite, attentive and give you plenty of space to enjoy your meal. Every time we have eaten there, they have given us a free 3 piece tempura roll that was quite tasty, which just goes to show how much they appreciate their patrons.My wife loves the seaweed salad, and my personal favorites are the octopus and the white tuna. I could go on and on about all of the other amazing, high quality dishes that Genki offers, but you'll just have to stop in and try it for yourself. If you like good sushi, you'll love Genki!”

I had the steak frites which was tasty but very fatty and gristly for $38. I would have much preferred a filet but it was not on the menu. Service was excellent.”

“I need to talk about this cafe I found on a Thursday morning. I was the first customer there, and the atmosphere was immediately inviting, bright, clean, and full of positive energy. The Lebanese-style falafel wrap was unlike anything I've had before. It tasted rich, almost like a blend of lamb or beef, but it was definitely falafel. The addition of pickled radishes and fresh vegetables was a brilliant choice. The pita bread was the perfect balance of soft and chewy, holding everything together. The owner added to the experience by offering me a complimentary espresso. It was strong and smooth, a great end to an amazing meal. This cafe isn't just about food; it's an entire experience. The flavors, the atmosphere, and the service all come together to create something special. If you haven't been there yet, you're truly missing out.”

“What a GEM we’ve found in Freshly Greek! The owner clearly really cares about the amazing food & the atmosphere. This place has the most amazing pita, hummus, drinks, and authentic Greek food! Inside decor is classy to boot, AND has an adorable kid friendly area with a classy play kitchen! Our son was thrilled to be there and he loved his pita and hummus (next time we’ll order MORE as we were blown away)! So glad we’ve found our new local favorite place?”

The decor fits the 'Coffin Bar' theme; dark, gothic, and edgy.Vegetarian options: There is a heavy use of mushroom and mushroom broth to impart texture and flavor. Flavors are deep and rich and well worth spending the time to savor.”

“This may be the only authentic Sichuan cuisine in the Harrisburg metro area. Sichuan province is known for spicy cuisines. The numbing Sichuan peppercorn got its namesake there. There used to be another authentic Chinese restaurant (HE in Middletown) serving different regional cuisines; unfortunately, that one closed for good a few months ago.The dining area was spacious and clean. Plenty of table of various sizes. Ambiance was above average Chinese restaurants. Ample parking spaces on both sides of the building, as well as in the back.There was just 1 staff who waited the tables, took orders, and manned the cash register. He's friendly and quick. The menu book was big featuring many nice photos of their offerings. There was also a separately one-page menu listing specials for the current month. The prices were on the higher side compared to typical Chinese American restaurants, but for the 2 dishes we ordered, the size of serving was quite fair. We waited 15 minutes for the 2 dishes:1. Hot & Spicy Fish Filet w. Cumin (孜然香辣魚片) $18.95. A lot more fish filets than we expected. The filets were deep fried, crispy and with just enough heat to kick it up a notch. 5 out of 5.2. Chicken w. Dry Pepper (歌樂山辣子雞) $15.95. I really wanted to try this and compare to 重慶辣子雞 which is a well known chicken with dry pepper dish from Sichuan, whereas, I've NEVER heard of this particular spin (as distinguished via its Chinese name). I was sorely disappointed. The chicken pieces were cut too small and coated with way too much batter. It was really stodgy and got old really quick. 2 out of 5.So far hit or miss. But given its large menu, this place warrants another visit without question.”

“A true delight in the Lancaster area!! The Greenfield Restaurant accommodated our very large party for a business dinner a few months ago. No flaws, and exceptional service. A classy, homey restaurant. Drinks- great! My gauge is always if a place knows how to make my drink signature- a dirty martini with Bombay Sapphire. No vermouth here to be found, it sipped lovingly!!! And for food, after many apps, entrees and desserts with all of our 14, I don't think there was a plate left uncleared. We had the upper, private dinner area. Our server was exceptional- attentive, timed check-ins and orders well taken and delivered. Food was paced appropriately and brought all together - for that many people and when a configuration of stairs is involved for kitchen and bar this is no small feat. For the group, much of the menu was tackled. No complaints whatsoever. Probably the unsung hero of apps was the house smoked salmon dip. Entree favorites were the pork schnitzel and scallops. Homemade spaetzle made those with the pork so happy. Thin, crispy, a beautiful plate with accompaniments. The scallops - Who doesn't love a meal with inspiration? Scallops.....and beech mushrooms! Give Me More!!! Delicious, quirky and unexpected. THIS will be readapted as inspiration. And dessert, I hardly ever eat dessert. But when hearing they had a salted caramel ice cream. Yes and yes! Perfect, creamy ending. Through consistency in service and flavorfulness in food The Greenfield Restaurant should be a Lancaster staple and deserves filled seats for a long time to come!!!”

“Dutch Apple is a great place to go with family and friends. The atmosphere was good with an exception of having few black people. Most likely it was due to the nature of the show: Ragtime the musical. It was emotional but on the other hand entertaining. Food was delicious and the service was excellent.Dietary restrictions: They prepare special food for diabetes or dairy allergies. You have to let them know before your visit so that they can prepare. No extra fees for that.Parking: It's an open parking lot near the theater and it is safe.Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible”

It was much easier to see what my options are since I have celiac disease and now I don’t have to option to even add a note that I need my food prepared GF. “Heard about this speakeasy-style bar and decided to go for cocktails before dinner. It was a short walk from our hotel. The door isn't really obvious at first, but we were able to find it from the descriptions. The bar wasn't busy thankfully, and we were warmly greeted. We loved the unique drink menu, and the bar itself is sophisticated and classy. The bartenders are knowledgeable and even gave us dinner recommendations. I loved the refreshing gin drink I had served in a beautiful bird glass. We also loved the pulled pork sliders as a delicious appetizer. We'll be back!”

“A truly fun night out! This is a small bar with around a dozen flavors of mead, along with some locally brewed beer options. You can get a flight of mead to try a few different ones, and then get a lane to throw axes. The instructor went over the basics in maybe 2 minutes and gave us tips when we weren't sticking the axes immediately, so very quickly we were nailing the target and having a great time. It's a very different kind of time to have, and it's a lot of fun- totally worth your time.I will mention as a small caveat - this is a bar, but their food and drink menu is very limited. For food they had a handful of snacks and for drinks it really was just the mead and beers. My advice would be to eat before going. Also, if you have that one friend that doesn't like trying new things - leave them home.”

Flavors were everywhere and the kids loved the dessert options....The water served was awful tap and the most unpleasant if you're a habitual quality water drinker. Other than that everything was top notch for a busy weekend.”

“This little pub was so authentic and had such a cozy vibe. Small and quaint like you're in the U.K. There absolutely HAS to be a Brit in the kitchen! This was hands down the best fish and chips I've had this side of the pond. I'm a bit of a fish and chips snob and would definitely recommend this place. Also the mushy peas were super good and flavorful. My son had the bangers and mash and it was well prepared as well. We will definitely be back! The service was kind and quick.”

I get the Aloo sag, which is potatoes and mustard greens in a yummy sauce with rice. SOO satisfying, warm and cozy. We tried to buy an 8-oz container of one of their sauces, but they were sold out. The girl working the drive-through line said it wasn't an issue. She said she would put extra sauce packets on the order. She did - the receipt said 30... we received 6. That was disappointing.The people were very friendly, and despite the line, we were in and out pretty quickly.”

I don't go there often but she seems to have plenty of experience and always wishes you to have a great day.At the second window, there is a gentleman I had that was equally as nice and kind. Even though I would've never thought to leave a review here, I highly suggest this location if you are in the area looking for a McDonalds. “We ordered Frisco's for a work meeting. We used the form online and they were very quick to respond! The food offerings were all amazing, it was hard to decide what to choose! We ended up with the Bowl Buffet and it didn't disappoint. There was plenty to go around. We added on plantains and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was to DIE FOR (along with the empanadas... and really everything). The service was also excellent. They communicated that they did not have something available and offered great alternatives. They delivered to our location, set everything up, and even had tags for all of the food, which is so helpful! I will definitely suggest Frisco's to anyone in the Lancaster area!”

“We came here for our honeymoon! After traveling from Philly, we stopped in Lancaster and asked a local what food they recommend. This was their first pick and they did not disappoint! It looks small, but there is a lot of space inside! It was packed but still had loads of seats to choose from so we could sit around people or find somewhere secluded. There were so many families, it warmed my heart. Our server, Jordan, had great energy, was fast with refills and had so many great recommendations. Our food was hot, fresh, and legitimately the best food we have had in the entire honeymoon. I had the French onion panini and my husband had the crab cakes, and we split some onion rings with spicy crab soup. It blew us away, and they were just the sweetest group ever! If I settled here I know I would end up being one of those couples there every Saturday night because it is worth it!”

It has a beautiful taste with rum (?) Or maybe bourbon notes, so that's why he didn't like it. Hubby did NOT mind having to finish that delight off ?? We are new Sushi One lovers. My fiancé and I love this place. The waitress is so very friendly and sweet. And the rolls are even better. We’ve gone back 2 weeks in a row and we live 30 mins away (worth the little drive). We dined in once and did takeout the other time. “Great smaller venue for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We arrived at 10 and there was a 30 minute wait. We wandered next door and people watched.Nice selection of customized crepes to pick from. I Ordered the Oyler. It was stuffed with meat and cheese as well as the other ingredients. I was full after I finished mine (should have boxed it to go).I had the vanilla chai latte. It's a large cup with a thick foam layer followed by spicy caffeinated goodness.We were glad we chose to eat here.”

“Well, the food was delicious but the restrooms are very gross. I'd rather squat outside at a tree. It's cleaner. And the dining area is not very people friendly. It's gets very busy here and the tables are a bit small. And during our meal, not once did they ask if we needed refils on drinks. They waited till we were about to leave.”

“Funny ish story but my friend wanted to meet me for breakfast at ihop on Saturday so I drove out from West Chester. Unfortunately, I had thought the restaurant she was referring to was a different one on business 30 closer to my house, and went on a bit of an expedition to find this place. I wound up being over an hour off course but my friend waited for me the whole time and her waitress let her stay at the table until I got there and we caught up. I had no idea ihop had lunch options, but by the time we got together I was more ready for a burger than pancakes. Maybe it was just the long trip in combination with my hunger, but it was seriously one of the best burgers I've ever had and definitely an experience I'll never forget.”

That was disappointing.The people were very friendly, and despite the line, we were in and out pretty quickly.”

They were so helpful and we took every suggestion they had and the food was amazing. We both built our own bowls and they asked if we had dietary needs. This was very helpful due to my friend be ing lactose intolerant. We also did orders of samosa and the chili momo and I wish I was joking when I say these were also amazing. I had the Johnny Boy and the meats were high quality and the truffle oil complimented the sandwich. Only minor (very minor) issue was that the thick cut mozzarella at times overpowered the meat. But only a minor issue. My wife had the Caprese sandwich and enjoyed it thoroughly. We will be back as the menu looks amazing and I need two work my way through a few other selections.”

I grew up right across the street as a child, and they are not what I remember. The cheese steaks had an overpowering peper taste to it.”
