Ok didn’t get to try the pizza because the person on the phone has no idea what’s going on? If you don’t wanna deliver to a certain place, just say that. Don’t beat around the bush, we would pick it up. We will take our business elsewhere to someone who can answer a question and take an order.

Got penna pasta with meatballs well the penna and sauce was half watery when I would go pick up a noodles they would fall apart the sauce must of been half water. Or the didn't drain the noodles and the meatballs were a ball of mush like they sat in water and the garlic bread I ordered was a hoagie bun buttered with garlic butter and not even toasted or grilled. Drove home in 10 minutes and everything was cold called in and still had to wait and to top it all of I asked for graded cheese and they charged me for it question is if I would have ate there would I have been charged for the cheese.

Not really Italian like most real Italian restaurants: meatballs are one big mushy mess! My clams dish was ok, and quite tasty; but, the spagetti and meatballs my son ordered: one sloppy mess! They did make him chicken Alfredo instead: but, that was kind of bland: and chicken kinda rubbery and mostly parmasan cheese for the sauce; though better than the first dish he ordered: still not very good! It is best to save your money and cook at home than come here!I hated that you had to stand up to order too: the food was not too expensive and you get a good bit for your money; but, I rather they relocate somewhere else and make it better quality food; even if you have to pay a little more: better to pay more elsewhere and get better quality food! From good service to GREAT food. The laies at the counter to the cooks in back, they work hard and are sweet as can be. A lot of fast food places can and will make you sick but Napolis hasn't let me down once in my several times dining there. I absolutely recommend.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Terrific pizza. Both Sicilian and round. Sauce is a little oily but amazing flavor. Can't complain about the prices as I think they're pretty average for the area. The place is a little dirty and rundown but I don't expect to eat off the floor or lick the walls so it doesn't bother me. They also have the best fountain drinks. I don't know what kind of soda/syrup they get or if they just clean their machine frequently, but sometimes I'll stop in just to get a slice and a fountain Pepsi. I hope they stay around for the foreseeable future.
