“Let me start by saying I love the food at The Halal Guys so much that I ate there pretty much 4/4 nights a week for a year straight after work before trimming it back. I've never done that with any other restaurant. The gentleman I spoke to leaving the restaurant the other night said he drove 40 minutes to come enjoy the food. All of the food is very fresh. They are always cooking fresh chicken and beef. All the veggies are a great addition to the platter along with the fresh rice that is always being replenished. The hummus is very good and when you add the chili based hot sauce and mix it up, it's heaven. For those who can't handle the heat, there's their very popular "white sauce". King of Prussia is always very busy. Please do not let "Bobby Bobby" deter you from going to The Halal guys. He clearly doesn't understand the restaurant business......no crime. Look at his bowl. It has chicken and rice ONLY. Evidently he thinks since he is afraid of eating veggies that the rest of his bowl should be filled with extra meat. Sorry Bobby Bobby; that is not how any restaurant works. This place gives a ton of food. I rarely finish my small bowl and have never ordered a large one. In this business you could have the best product and location but take away top notch customer service and a highly dedicated GM/owner and get ready for your "Grand Closing". Caesar has been the GM at KOP for years now and I've never seen him have a bad day. He always has a smile on his face and treats all of his customers with the utmost respect. His customer service is exceptional. This is extremely rare. How do I know this? 35 years in the restaurant industry. Hail Caesar!!“

“As someone who LOVES Middle Eastern food, I knew that I wanted to check out The Good Gyro. I saw this place for the first time in the New Hope Ferry Market last November, 2023, but was unable to go until this past Tuesday, March 12, 2024. The service was wonderful and the food was good. Specifically, I enjoyed the chicken shawarma platter, and could taste all the rich freshness in every bite. “I just Googled "best food near me" when I was in the area and Da Bistro was the top result. I love Mediterranean food so of course I went to check it out.I was not disappointed in the slightest! I can say I had one of the single most delicious meals of my life! I literally (original definition of literally) got ASMR while eating.I ordered the Grilled Spanish Octopus as an appetizer and Lulya Kebab as an entree. I sample grilled octopus every chance I get and this was the best I've ever had; absolutely fantastic!! My Kebab was also incredible, it came out perfectly cooked and oh so juicy. The sauce that was pair with it complimented it wonderfully!After being blown away with the appetizer and entree I decided I had to try the dessert here as well. I ordered Baklava and once again... wow!The food wasn't the only charm to be had. The service was excellent and the staff very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant and I found the lighting and music complimentary to the cuisine.I'm definitely coming back when I'm in the area!“

“Absolute gem. Go here now, I mean tonight. Not much to look at as you pull up, but ignore that. Clean and welcoming on the inside.Babaganoush was smoky, silky, fresh and bright on perfectly cooked bread. The mixed grill had a bit of everything from the menu and we loved it all. Meat and vegetables grilled on charcoal and perfectly seasoned. Everyone from the guy that only eats grilled steak to the Indian food afficiando will love this place. Staff was warm and welcoming. In a world of chain restaurants serving poorly cooked processed crap, we need more places like this. Delicious, fresh, healthy food with character. Don't know what you are missing. BYOB.“

“I should have looked at the pictures and read the reviews on this, but the gyro platter that came with "fries" was what i was told. I expected a typical gyro sandwich you know folded in a pita with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and tzatziki, side of French fries...this is what I got. Disappointed. Revised ton4 stars only for food taste though, as it was still very tasty. Would have preferred the more traditional sandwich instead of the mess of the deconstructed version.“

“This is a quick service location (no sit in). The store front was clean and the cashier immediately greeted us upon walking in. We ended up creating our own boil with no-head shrimp, scallops, and sausage (all 0.5 pounds each) and ordering 10 wings (soy glaze and lemon pepper) We received 1 corn on the cob and two potatoes. We opted for the Cajun boil style. Once we got home we ate (30 minute commute). Everything was cooked beautifully. The Cajun boil was great. Our only complaint was that the sauce was more of an oil. The chicken wings were crispy, flavorful, and juicy. In the whole, excellent food and great customer service. If the sauce was more of a paste/thicker then 5 stars hands down.“

We asked if they could make us grilled calamari instead of fried and they did, calamari could have been left on the grill a tad longer. Side salad was good. The dressing was delicious. Branzino whole fish was good.Server was friendly! We had a short interaction with the Portuguese couple, with I think are the owners, they were very nice.
