Perfect stop after dining at bed barn and located right next door! I went for boring vanilla ice cream but added whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles. Husband got a Sunday with Moose tracks and mint chocolate chip. So good! They take cash and cards here. Staff are super friendly. They have indoor seating as well.

Located next to Beef Barn is Pound Hill Creamery! They offer bliss ice cream - I went for the Fly Fishing Fudge and I'd get it again! Can't believe I didn't take any pictures, but I will be back. It's a really cute ice cream shop and you can order at the takeout window or at the inside counter. Plenty of seating inside and out! In addition to ice cream, they have different pastries and have a small breakfast menu.

Pound Hill Creamery & Cafe was a stop for the 6th Annual Search for the Best Scoop Shop RI with RI Food Fights. Pound Hill Creamery & Cafe is located right next to Beef Barn in an industrial park in North Smithfield. There are plenty of parking spaces.Pound Hill Creamery & Cafe serves Gifford's ice cream, coffee and simple breakfast foods, such as muffins, bagels, egg sandwiches and croissants. I had their egg, cheese, and sausage on a croissant. It was so very good, buttery, and fresh. For ice cream, I had their pistachio nut. I really enjoyed that the ice cream had pistachios in it. Service was absolutely wonderful and it seems there are many regulars at the cafe. When you walk in, you feel very much like at home. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Walked into the store, was about a million degrees in there. Employees were sweating profusely. I see the mini-split air conditioner on wall not running. I Inquired about it and the staff told me "we aren't allowed to use the AC", customer behind me said "Marc is very thrify and wants to save money and doesn't want the AC on in the afternoon".What an absolutely disgraceful way to run a business and treat your employees. That Mitsubishi minisplit wouldn't use more than $5/day (and that is a fact based on its ratings) in electricity to cool that place during business hours - or at least at the minimum blow cool air on the hard working employees.Who cares if some cold air is wasted by having the counter windows open? That $5 a day in electricity would more than pay for itself in increased employee productivity and customer satisfaction. Terrible, disgraceful way to treat people that work for you.

Google maps states they were open until 9pm & they were closed when we got there at 630pm
Great place with great ice cream. They've got a ton of great flavors but the one I liked in particles was s'mores something. This is a great place to head to after grabbing a bite from Beef Barn. Also a nice walkway by a pond over there.
