“I've had a couple of not bad, but not good experiences at this arby's, so the great service I received today deserves a good review. I ordered my food (two kids and husband waiting, i was still carrying three bags from the gas station next door full of snacks and things for our lake trip) and the young guy at the counter was extremely friendly. I went to make my drinks and wait on my food and when my food was ready i picked it up and was having a hard time juggling all of my bags. The girl working the other end of the counter noticed i was struggling and grabbed a plastic bag to help me out and immediately grabbed a cup holder and came to put all my drinks in the cup holder. Everyone was super friendly, considerate and helpful which is something that is rare at a fast food establishment these days.“

“Only had an issue once & management resolved it swiftly. Workers are always polite as well as management. Pizza is great and I haven't been able to say that about all Pizza Huts...I'd pretty much stopped buying from this company but Elgin Pizza Hut is the exception. Glad you are here!“

“The sub was great. The associate who helped us at the drive thru was great. The 45 minute wait because she is the only person working ... not so great. It creates a bad experience for us as the consumer. It creates an even worse experience for her as the employee. She was handling it well and had a pleasant attitude but it's not okay to put her in that position.“

“We visited this location tonight on our way to the Mountains. I didn’t get the young lady’s name that helped us but she is an angel! We had to wait just a few minutes but she brought “fresh, hot fries and chicken sandwiches” to our window. She is a breath of fresh air! Parking: Shell Gas Station shares Parking so it can be busy, but there's plenty of parking.“

“Terrific customer service. We were there about 2pm and I'm sorry I didn't get the woman's name who waited on us. She has waited us most times we've come in. (We're from AZ so don't frequent often except when visiting). She is so friendly. Offers the senior drink which is a bonus for us. On our last visit Monday, Oct 9, the line cooks must not have seen our order (we actually only waited a few minutes), but the lady at the front brought over a drink cup for our granddaughter (who hadn't ordered a drink) plus an extra order of cinnamon twists just because we waited more than 5 minutes. They kept apologizing. Wow! We don't have that kind of southern hospitality in Arizona! Restaurant is clean.

“Kudos to the young lady working the window when I went through last week. My 3 year old was begging for the cream on the advertisement board at the order speaker. I had to repeat myself several times because we could not hear each other over his pleas. I got his food order and asked for confirmation of the order. I apologized about him yelling for the cream drink. She laughed and asked which one. She asked, “The mint one?” It was the chocolate drink. She turned and made him one and stopped me before pulling off. How sweet was that?! She took the time to make an impression on a little boy. He was all grins and thanking her. I thank you as well. It felt good to feel that genuine customer service. We will be back.“
