“I will admit my review is based on the menu prices and my expectations for those prices. Food was excellent, presentation was bland. Atmosphere could have been nicer (I.e., table cloths). Server could have checked in more often. She missed out on adding glasses of wine by not asking us.Got there early and went to bar for a cocktail and it was cluttered and not welcoming. The mixologist was exceptional.Parking: Public lots were full. Finally found a spot at the third lot.”

“I should have posted here years ago. I have just read the reviews for the first time at the time of my writing this review.I know that I am recognized there and I recognize some of the employees. I have purchased from here many times and many different types fish and shellfish. Usually, I am getting sashimi grade Ahi and Mahi, which has always been outstanding. I let them know what I intend on making and the shape and sizes prepared for me have been thought out.Always great quality and great prices. I'm buying for myself not a restaurant. I like that I don't have to purchase large quantities or whole fish.I call ahead and get my order prepared sometimes a day ahead, sometimes the same day. I'm not a restaurant so I understand that they are really doing me a service; I am not keeping them in business. Many wholesalers in the industry don't want to deal with the public for the very reason that is expressed in some of the negative reviews. Fisherman can't always go out, they don't always catch what they want or know how much they'll catch. The markets don't always have what you want because they only have fresh catches. Big orders and regular customers come first. And if you are willing to eat fish that has been out of the water for days - go to the supermarket. The staff has always been polite and appropriate; I don't actually want a hug or need a new BFF. I want fish fit for making my own sushi and I have been using the fish from G.U.S.T.O. at least three meals a week.”

“We don't often have Mexican and had not found a good Mexican restaurant in the Upstate, but on whim stopped at Guacamole. This restaurant provided good service, with reasonable dispatch, and generally very tasty food. The fresh guacamole made at the table was very satisfying. There is a considerable variety of dishes, and we found the Trio Tacos good, and particularly the chicken taco. The only real negative was that we found the black bean sides not so good. The cost was very reasonable. We will return.”

They offer variety of savory salads and sweet smoothie bowls or drinks plus some incredible desserts from a local confectionery, Roseberry. Super-healthy and very yummy with lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options. The cafe has a cool, industrial vibe and the staff are very nice and helpful. “Bubba Annie's is a really good restaurant/bar. The food leans a little more to the fried foods but that's good every now and then. I must say, the fried mushrooms are my favorite followed by tater tots, fried okra and onion Rings which are all very tasty! The burgers, greyhound and bird dog sandwiches are my favorites. The beer is cold and the wait staff is super friendly. All in all, you can't go wrong here for a casual dining experience.”

“The rolls were very tasty and super fresh. If I had it to do over I wouldn't get the red dragon and Godzilla together since they are so similar in flavor and texture. “I was getting lunch at around 12:30PM on a Sunday, and placed an online order. When I walked in to pick it up there was about 10 other customers in there. While I was waiting the employees announced the wait would be 45 minutes for my food. I waited and waited and eventually I grew impatient and asked one of the employees how much longer it would be. Suddenly the general manager rushed out with a baseball bat and cracked me in the head with it. He beat me senseless and told me to be patient. A bit later my order was ready. “I wish I took photos because the interior of the restaurant is nicely decorated with large scale vintage fighter planes from WW1 and WW2. Regardless of the decorations, the food is amazing! We split the philly cheese and meat lovers pizzas and both were awesome. Nice crispy crust and great balance of toppings to give great flavor! We also got a meatball sub and tater tots to share. The meatball sub was a little on the spicy side and one of the best I've had in my life!!! The tots were perfectly crunchy and didn't have greasy aftertones that you find with many tots. If you haven't been to Flying Aces I highly recommend you give it a try...”

“What a lovely find for breakfast! Searched Google for ‘good breakfast near me’ and it told me to get my behind here. This is a true country diner, serving real Southern foods. It is breakfast until 11 and then meat n’ three for midday meal. The eggs are country fresh, the pancakes are light and crispy, the country ham is to die for, and the fried pork chop was a home run. The prices are as enjoyable as the food they serve. I think I may have found a new favorite spot.”

“The food is excellent. Occasionally they leave the cactus out too long, so watch that. The burritos are huge and tasty. Marinated habanero onions give a nice kick, as does the red salsa. Only 2 tables, so be prepared to eat in your car, or have your napkins blown all over the place at the picnic tables. I recommend!”

First of all, the potato soup was the best I've ever had! The pasta in my entree was perfectly cooked, and flavors well balanced, with plenty of shrimp & veggies in each bite. I tried my husband's chicken as well, and having tasted Jerk chicken prepared by someone from Jamaica, let me say it was spot on!! I'll be having that next time lol!! I also got the Brownie a la mode for dessert, and it was delicious!! Brownie was fudgy & moist-excellent flavor! I almost forgot to mention my favorite thing...the breadstick that I got with my pasta was exceptional...and I don't normally waste time with bread lol. However, this had such a wonderful flavor & texture...crisp exterior, & super soft interior...I could make a meal off of just those!!! I'm originally from FL and this is the first SC sushi place that I've been super happy with.The sesame chicken was rich and tangy and done very well.I wasn't super into the crab Rangoon due to it being more sweet than savory.We also ordered 30min before close so I additionally shocked at how fresh it all tasted and they were very nice even though we showed up a couple minutes after their closing time.We will be back (before closing).”

What I ate: Tacos De Asada (3) - Grilled steak, Cilantro, Radish, Cooked Scallion, & Salsa (the brown salsa is indescribably delicious. It has a smoky, spicy flare) I usually eat steak medium and didn't ask for it to be prepared that way, so it was well done and not to my liking. However, it was very tasty. Al Pastor Buritto - Spicy Marinated Pork w/Pineapple, Flour Tortilla, Lettuce, Pico de Gallo, Refried Beans, Rice, Sour Cream & Cheese. I'm smiling as I write this because this was the highlight! I was instantly punched in the taste buds, in a fantastic way lol. I texted a friend that lives in Drexel Hill while I was eating and said if he hadn't been to El Buen Sazon he had to go. Not only does he order from them once a month, he said he told me about them awhile ago. Lol I guess things truly happen when they're supposed to. Great service, great food, BYOB, street parking out front and there's a parking lot entrance on the block. I highly recommend you visit!!!”

“Jersey girl here, and I'm just going to say this may not be New Jersey, but it is one of the best sub shops in the south. The subs are a little pricey, but big. The meat is fresh shaved when you place your order, and you can top off your sub with whatever you want - I like doing oil and vinegar on the turkey sub. The rolls are really good too, and their hot subs are tasty. Try the chicken cheesesteak with sautéed onions and peppers! They have a nice little seating area or you can do take out.”

“The company I work for had a working lunch meeting today, and we called around trying to order subs for everyone. Firehouse was the only place willing to try to accommodate us on such short notice. Not only did they accommodate, we were greeted by friendly staff, and our food was ready and waiting for us when we got there to pick it up. If we weren't loyal Firehouse Subs customers before, we definitely are now. ?”

“This location is great. The chicken is always fresh hot and cooked perfectly. They keep the dining room as clean as can be expected or better for a fast food restaurant . The service is freindly and they work quick to get you served. The staff here are all polite and freindly. Other fast food restsurants in the area could gain by "copy/pasta" methode and model their practices based on this location. I have extreme predjudice against most fast food franchises so Kudos to KFC for runnimg this one well.”

“I usually come here to study with my friend and the staff is so nice. No matter what subject I feel so productive with the environment. I usually order the squash soup and it’s amazing!!! I hope they never take it off the menu. The staff is helpful when it comes to preparing my food. I get the food about 5-7 minutes after I place it (As long as they aren’t too busy). I would recommend this Panera to anyone and everyone. (Story of a study trip I had there: My friend and I were the last customers out of there at around 8:50 and we were chatting with the manager. After saying have a great night she offered us free cookies and I can’t tell you how much that made my night.) I will always return back to this establishment to study and grab some good food!”
