“Worst service I have ever had at any restaurant ever. Clearly the staff was all drunk. We placed an order for appetizers and entrées. We were only checked on once by our drunk waitress that thanked us for not drinking our drinks so she didn’t have to refill them. After waiting 65 mins for our appetizers and not getting checked on again I walked to the bar to let them know we were leaving. We were never offered anything for the bad service and the 4 drunk people at the bar then told me they work here as well. I am truly shocked at the lack of professionalism and clearly no regard to guests. I strongly recommend no one eat here and support this business.“

“JI has a message saying you can't place online orders and there not answering the phones . they keep a problem. it's a shame because the pizza is good. The business is just not being ran right.“

“Not sure why this location has such bad reviews. I ordered late on a Friday night and pizza came in 20 minutes, the pizza was cooked to perfection, and ordering was easy. I see a lot negative reviews but many people in this area forget that most employees are either teenagers or good employees who get over worked. I overall enjoyed my pizza and will definitely be ordering again.“

“While I was disappointed that they ran out of chicken and 2 of my pizza orders were for my favorite chicken recipes, I really appreciated that I got a call not long after placing the order to let me know that there was no chicken with a chance to change or cancel my order. Once the food arrived, it was hot and delicious!“

“This is a great Domino’s location. The food is always made well and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. We love local pizza too, but sometimes you need affordable and fast - the team at this Domino’s ensures a good experience every time.“

“Great food, great service, beautiful decor. Be prepared for an unusually loud interior due to hard surfaces everywhere. Marinated olives with orange zest and pizza were awesome. Probably need a loud atmosphere to turn tables because the pizza is so good and so many people order it, but just don’t expect a peaceful atmosphere. In a hurry and want great pizza in a place that looks super cool and feels lively and loud with incredibly friendly staff? Go for it! Sometimes that’s what you want to celebrate something and to keep things upbeat. We prefer to be able to have a conversation and relax, but it’s probably great for young people who are on dates and nervous because they don’t know how to have a conversation yet or people who like drinking at dinner and cackling and hollerin’ at each other.“

“Stepping into Neon Tiger is like stepping into a dream world. The vibe is so wonderous! It's almost like stepping into a relaxing vegan tron-like world. If I am having a bad day, all I have to do is go to Neon Tiger and it is instantly all better! The food is amazing! I have enjoyed all of the staples and the specials and I have tried every item I could. I absolutely love that I don't have to ask for no straw in my drink! I love all the decor! Even if you can't get a table here, sitting at the bar is a pleasure! The staff are so friendly and do a great job of juggling all their duties while giving awesome service! I should have left this updated review ages ago but sometimes words are hard to come by when a feeling is not fleeting. Below you will find my original review in 2020 right after Neon Tiger opened. “We had an amazing birthday dinner at Melfi's tonight. The service was excellent. Donnie, our waiter, was fantastic..... pleasant, courteous, and great recommendations. We ordered snapper tartare, sweet peppers, Caesar salad, Paccheri duck ragu and cacio e pepe. All were delicious and recommendations of Donnie's. Wine recommendation was perfect. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.“

“The food was excellent, starting with meatballs and marinara sauce. My wife doesn't normally do meatballs but found them very good. The bread was not the normal oven baked but an Albania roll that was excellent, had them in Italy, and once again, my wife was happy because Italian oven has the hard crust which I like, but it's a personal taste. What can I say, but the overall dinner was excellent.“
