Stopped here to grab a bite to eat while traveling up I-95. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with someone in customer service. Their sign says the McDoubles are 2 for $3.49. I ordered 6 and was charged 3.69 each plus the 3.49 for 2. Their system glitched and over charged me by $23 I told the lady at the window I didn’t think the price was right but she assured me it was. So like an idiot I paid it and she handed me the receipt so then I was able to add it up and realize the difference so I went back inside and the same lady running the drivethru was apparently the manager. She absolutely refused to listen to me and just yelling over me and telling me I’m wrong. I tried to show her but she wasn’t interested in trying to correct their mistake. She walked away and then refused to tell me her name when I asked also the other employees wouldn’t tell me her name either. So this McDonald’s stoled $23 from me and there’s nothing I can do about it except complain everywhere I can so hopefully others will stop going here and it will close.
