Very relaxed panera location in such a busy shopping area. Amanda in particular was very nice and accommodating. They accidentally got my order wrong, but I thought I could just pick it off. She offered to remake it, but I thought that was silly, so instead she offered to remove the tomatoes for me so my hands don't get dirty. She is running around being an absolute star employee and friendly too.

Not a ver good Panera location…Place is good. Service could be a lot better. The manager has a very bad attitude and it is evident that the team does not like him very much.We had multiple mistakes in our order. The way to fix ir was not the best…The microwave was very very dirty (I’ve never been told to heat the food… they should be the ones to do it).
