This was a recommendation from a co-worker. Unfortunately, I received the recommendation while the restaurant was in the process of relocating. Well… IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! I had the shrimp spring rolls and brisket pho. I have eaten Pho at other places, but have found you get a oil slick feeling on your tongue after barely eating half meal. This is not the case here! The broth was flavorful but light. The ingredients were fresh. The meal was filling but you didn’t feel guilty from eating it. It was the perfect satisfying meal, especially for rainy and/or cold days. One can tell they have taken great pains to ensure the customer receives an excellent offering each time. This was further evident as the restaurant opened at 4:30 PM and within 15 minutes the dining room was completely full and a line formed out the door. For a restaurant to relocate and have an almost 4 month delayed start because of Health Department scheduling problems and to be slammed on its second day of re-opening, it conveys they have a strong following for a hard earned reputation for high quality Vietnamese food, particularly Pho.
