“When I first saw the price, I questioned it- $4.25 for a cookie?? But, oh, so worth it. Cookies were enormous- the size of a small burger. They are loaded with chocolate chips, nuts, etc… Very moist and fresh. I bought my cookie at 2:30 in the afternoon- and had it as a late night snack around 9:00 pm. It was just as moist and fresh as when I bought it. Definitely worth the price- will be back.“

“We came to Houston for our wedding anniversary so while we were out and about I looked up vegan bakeries and this was the first place that I was drawn to. When we got there we were welcomed so warmly and felt like we’ve known the owner forever! She showed us around and told me exactly how she made her vegan goodies. We highly suggest coming to this GEM! Anytime we’re in Houston we’ll always support. Not only was the customer service excellent the treats were nothing short of amazing! On top of that she customized our bag of baked deliciousness, so sweet (pun intended) 100/100 absolutely recommended!!!“

“Every location that I’ve been to, always had a diverse group of ppl working, but mostly young people! Really good about getting the job done, but lack the sophistication of customer service beyond hello and thank you for coming. Which, I wish companies would stop enforcing that generic way of customer service. Most ppl just ignore them, which makes your employees feel pressured just to be on Ignore mode from the general public. I’d rather they say… do you have any questions about this week’s cookie? Real engagement and education! That’s my soapbox rant! Overall, Crumbl is one of my fav go to for a Chocolate Chip cookie and to try something different.Kid-friendliness: Just a curious place for kids to see the mixing of ingredients and the staff moving about in the kitchen.“
