“We came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and didn't have to wait for a table or anything. It wasn't too busy at all. Pizza was excellent, the crust was New York style with great crisp and chew. Sauce was good, but the cheese was not spread evenly on the pie. Not a huge deal, it was still amazing. We split a large garden salad, which was huge and more than enough for 2 people. There was some great pizzerias in Austin, but this was pretty awesome for Buda. Beer selection was good, too. Highly recommended!“

“We were excited to try Amici for the first time tonight and not only did we receive a delicious dinner, we received a sweet surprise with our delivery order as well. We ordered the Garlic and Oil Spaghetti with chicken and the Tartufo Fettuccine with shrimp and both were so good! The ornament and cookies were a totally unexpected and generous surprise. Even if our dinner hadn’t tasted good, we would order from Amici again purely because of this great experience. Thankfully, we’re looking forward to trying more dishes in the future. “One the best sandwiches I have had in Austin. I had the gourmet Italian one with everything on it except for pickles and onions. I liked the bread, it was fresh and soft. The meats were thinly sliced and the cheese, lovely. The vinegar was a little overpowering. I will definitely take that off next time. All in all, it was very good!“

“One of our favorite places to eat when we are in Austin! The most delicious smoked pastrami we have ever had! The pizzas are Neapolitan style and pick your toppings or you can choose one of their favorites on the menu. We also love their salads, today we had the Caesar as a starter to share. One is big enough for two! We love the pastrami with the Caesar salad as an entree too! Delish and I highly recommend!“

“This was our first time visiting Mandola's so it was a bit of a whirlwind figuring out how things worked, luckily it wasn't too busy when we stopped in so we had time to look over the menu and talk to the cashier about how the process worked. He did a great job explaining things to us and taking our order. The service was really fast, between the bread that came out first, to our appetizer, and then meal, and the clearing away of dishes as we finished them. I got the Chicken Parmesan, another of our party got a pizza, and another got the daily special. We really loved our appetizer the zucchini and calamari was excellent, and the chicken Parmesan was nice and crispy and had a lot of cheese.“
