It's soooo bad ! My daughter choked on a black hair ball stuck in the bottom and the employee was so rude he did not even mix the ice cream and left it looking like a big lump.

My kiddo had won a gift card from a trunk r treat closer to home that we decided to use when we were on this side of the area. My kiddo ordered what he wanted and a positive was with the toppings he ordered I expected it to be more but they charged us the amount of one of their suggested options vs what it could have been for build your own because it was the same amount of toppings. One ice cream with 2 maybe 3 toppings cost about $7 and some change after tax. So we couldn't really make it a two ice cream date with the $10 gift card he had gotten. What he got wasn't really well mixed as I remember how they had mixed them in the past. As well seemed to melt a bit faster than it should, even with eating indoors outside of the heat or the sun. As he was eating my kiddo offered to finish off the use of the $2-$3 bucks left off of the $10 gift card to get a small shake so we could try that together and I took care of the extra cost, and the shake wasn't very thick and there wasn't much of the included topping in the shake. If it wasn't for the gift card I probably would have been annoyed at the quality for the price we would have paid.

Went here a while ago and I was in love with this place! Their ice creams are just amazing! We ordered their signature Oreo Overload which had vanilla ice cream, oreos, chocolate chips, and chocolate fudge! They mix it in front of you and then serve it in a waffle bowl or a simple bowl. The ice cream was just so good! Makes me want to go back! The service was quick and they made sure to mix the creations separately for people with allergies! So make sure to inform them if you have any! Definitely going back!

Very disappointed with the birthday cake I ordered 4 Days in advance .Cake was ordered online and set to be picked up yesterday .I called 20 minutes before to let the employee know we where on our way and asked if it was fresh he replied that they have plenty of cakes that are fresh .We cut the cake and it tasted like the freezer nothing like the cakes I had at other coldstone everyone agreed it tasted off like the freezer and I started getting a stomach ache. I look on the back and the cake was made September 21 , I picked it up 10/03.How is that fresh ?for the first time I actually threw out the cake .I will be asking corporate for a refund.

Last time I was here was a couple months ago; always delicious and super creamy ice cream and staff is friendly. However today, despite online and the sign on their door saying that they’re open until 10:00, they had their closed sign up and the person working looked like they were doing closing duties. Totally understandable if they’re understaffed and have to close early, but if so they should change their posted hours.

Stopped in here last night for a cool treat on a hot night. Many different flavor to choose from and you can add in mixes of candy, fruits, or nuts (pro-tip: add the cake pieces and thank me later). The service was excellent and the staff was willing to make a cool off-menu concoction for me. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this place. This was our first time at this location and we had a great experience. I love cold stone as it is but my husband rarely goes. All of the staff there greeted us and was very friendly. They worked well together as a team as well. I got the same thing I always get and so did our son. My husband thought he wanted one of the signature flavors but once he got it, he wasn’t a fan of that particular flavor. He said that he didn’t like it and asked if he could get something else instead. Without hesitation, the manager Jesus, was extremely friendly, understanding and playful with his response. He allowed him to not only change it to something he likes but also allowed us to keep the ice cream to give to my son later. I will continue coming back for their amazing customer service and great experience we had because of this. Awesome job guys.
