Best McDonalds I’ve had in a while. Fries were fresh, chicken nuggets were very crisp with every bite and fries were fresh. Food came out very fast and no one was around so the kids had the playground to themselves. We came around noon on a Monday.

UPDATE: This place has gotten a lot better. The people, food, and attitudes have all improved... I hope it continues. I have breakfast here regularly now...This McDonald's is the WORST. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order they get it wrong. How is that possible? If you can't handle making burgers right, chances are there isn't much you can do right!

Mcds is my favorite home away from home!Merry Christmas y'all!
I went through the drive through and the first thing that happened was I got delayed for 3 minutes. After that they took the entire order, I ordered 5 things, double cheeseburger, frozen fanta, 2 hamburgers, and a sprite, and on the double cheeseburger I asked specifically for no pickles and I got pickles. Here's the thing, I ordered 5 things and got 1 and that 1 thing was the messed up double cheeseburger.

Staff is INCREDIBLE! Most McDonalds will ignore us when we go to the register like we are an inconvenience and force you to use the kiosk to order. Even Managers have said they wouldn't take our order and we need to use their machines. Not here! We are greeted the moment we step through the door with a smile. Staff will drop what they are doing greet us and take our order and make conversation. They are the happiest, hard working employees and seem to enjoy their jobs and each other. We also love that they still have soda machines available unlike the newer remodels. We will continue to go out of our way just to come to this location for the staff and cozy atmosphere. Well done Colleyville McDonalds!

Wanted to pay with a gift card but the lady at the counter was a bit confused and didn't speak English.Appently only one person speaks English was working. Seemed dissisve of customers paying cash rather than using the robot-screen clerk.
