“I had the pleasure of ordering two steak kabobs with sweet potato tots and salad. I ordered take out, but when I tried one of the sweet potato tots, they were so good, I decided to sit down and eat them while they were still hot, they are fabulous! The atmosphere was good, with all kinds of people eating here, was cozy and pleasant. The service at checkout was thoughtful, made good suggestions and was helpful. He made sure all my sauce requests were met, with a smile. The best part is that the food is really very good, the sauces are good, as are the drinks. I have liked Pinchos since they opened and fed over 950 hungry patrons free burgers that day! What keeps me coming back is the excellent service, food and atmosphere! I really like that they aren’t afraid to change up the menu, all the efforts to please the customers are noticed and appreciated. This is a great spot for lunch or dinner!“

“Met the owners/proprietors on my first visit, and they were as lovely and pleasant as their food was scrumptious. I had the barbecue ribs on recommendation of the cook (wouldn’t have been my first thought at a TexMex restaurant, but whew, they were awesome). My boss was with me and got some quesadillas that were memorable and well prepared.I get the sense everything on the menu is good, and I’ll be returning to find out for myself!“

“Having traveled a lot, I’ve eaten a lot of Mexican food. This was, hands down, the best I have had. The Mole Almendrado was magnificent. The mole was flavored beautifully. The chicharrones with fresh made guacamole was delicious. The staff (Itzel) was excellent.“
