Let me just say we think Johnny Carrabbas is a great restaurateur. We have visited several Mia's Tables and they all seem to have the same standard of excellence..the employees at Gessner are always checking, cleaning and making sure everything is wiped and stocked. We went to the Cypress restaurant. We got there at 4:15 to meet someone. Most of the employees were standing around laughing with the manager. The ice cream machine had a mess in the grate and no cones. There were several empty dirty tables. Our table had been wiped but was still dirty. When the largest dirty table was finally cleaned the table cloth was still hanging crooked. Very disappointing. Mia's Table is such a great restaurant with a great concept. This manager needs to come up to the plate! Still no ice cream cones at the ice cream machine when we left...
