“This experience is about my Mother's Day, May 12th visit @ 1:45pm. I would have given 5 stars but the hostess at the front desk eas horrible. She walked away when I stepped up to check in for my reservation. She didn't speak or state she would be right back just looked at me and walked off. The other hostess apologized and stated she was waiting on her iPad and said she would be right with us. Then when the 1st hostess returned she began to help the lady standing behind me in line. The 2nd hostess had to interrupt her and say this lady was here 1st. She then grabbed dirty menus and threw them down on our table. Our waiter was wonderful and food was delicious. Hostess 0 stars...actually negative 10 stars.“

“I went to this Chick Fil A while I was on break this past Saturday afternoon. It was busy but very quick.I ended up getting a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. The chicken was hot and fresh out of the fryer. Even the Bun was hot and soft like it should.The waffle fries were fresh, crispy, and delicious. Perhaps one of my favorite fast food fries. My drink was a Coke. It was so good and it wasn't flat like some of these fast food places.The service was quick and prompt. The ambiance is like how a busy mall should be. Will definitely return!!“

“The food was great as well as the service, but they did charge my friend's mother the full bill and then split my meal and charged me again for the same meal. So my meal was paid for twice. My friend's mother called and asked for a manager and was placed on hold 8x for roughly 55 minutes. It took several days for her to get her money back.“
